This hotel was absolutely beautiful but definitely a bit overpriced. The rooms are beautiful and spacious but we were a little disappointed with the housekeeping as there was bird poop on our balcony floor and even after telling them to clean it they didn’t. For the price we definitely expected more. The location is perfect for shopping and the aquarium.
Breakfast and room service food were all very good.

This was one of those places where I left a tip because I didn’t want to see rude but there was no service really When we arrived today we were welcomed nicely and shown to a place to sit but that’s it, despite a waiter coming to clean the table I then had to get up 20 minutes later to ask one of the staff standing around chatting to serve us. Same when asking for the cheque the waiter one was no where to be seen, I got up hunted down some It’s probably the worst service we have experienced in our South Africa trip aside maybe from Tang which wasn’t great either

Great location a few minutes walk from everything. Very friendly and helpful staff who could not do enough for us. Room was beautifully decorated, bed very comfortable. Pool area was spacious with lots of separate seating areas & visiting local wildlife. Had a great lunch by the pool. Breakfast served from 6:30 which was great for getting out for trips, everything from champagne and oysters to healthy smoothies and non stop coffee.

Nous avons séjourner au one and only en famille fin octobre début novembre, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le service et la prise en charge dès le début du check in. La piscine est très agréable et nous en avons bien profité, le menu à la carte par contre est un peu léger. Les attentions faites à nos enfants ont été très appréciées. Nous avons pris le côté island que j'ai personnellement trouvé très agréable tout en étant en pleine ville un véritable havre de paix. Le service top notch h24. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner exceptionnel meilleur que dans des établissements similaires de même gamme. Et le kids club est génial !
