The child went to Cape Town for a conference. Among the hotels designated by the conference center, the child chose the Pullman. He said it was an international chain and close to the meeting place. He was the only one. He booked two rooms and both said it was very good. of

The hotel is nice, there is a shuttle bus to the water front, and the front desk also provides travel information services

Hotel shuttle to and from the waterfront is unreliable. Twice we have booked to return from the waterfront to the hotel, the shuttle did not turn up and reception had no record of our booking.
We were also advised that hotel surrounding area is not safe to walk around.
