A bit disappointed that there was no daily complimentary water especially for a hotel of this rating and price. When we asked about it, we were told we could buy water at the bar. Baggage storage was good. Check in is too late (after 3:00pm), and check out is before 10:00am (not even close to a 20 hour stay). Not worth the price we paid for these hours. Most global hotels have check out at 12.00pm and you could request a late check out. Our flight was at 8:00pm. Beds too narrow and also the gap between beds and wall / big screen TV is too narrow

The hardware facilities of the hotel are very good and very new, one room and one living room, the breakfast is semi-buffet, the standard is very high, and the taste is also good. The hotel is in the city center, walking distance to the exhibition center and the pier, there is Burger King downstairs, overall a very satisfactory stay.

Very close to the Cape Town Convention Center, it is more convenient for people who meet. Hotel price is also OK. It belongs to a self-service style hotel, and it is hygienic once every two days, but one person lives for a meeting, basically going back to the hotel to sleep, that is basically enough.
AC Hotel Cape Town Waterfront

This is a very nice (new) hotel close to the downtown and Waterfront area. A twenty minute walk to either location (not an easy walk) - they do have canal water taxi service available to take you to the waterfront. Definitely worth the experience. The breakfast service is delightful but can get crowded at times due to their catering of large tour groups. Rooms are nice, AC unit works very well, showers hot, tv selection extensive, and service awesome. Recommend for those looking for a very nice hotel at a reasonable rate. One downfall to the hotel / location is that is bucks up to the container / shipping area so when vessels come in you will hear a lot of container unloading noise at night. Ask for an ”even” numbered room so you are on the opposite side and you get a view of Table Mountain

Love this hotel, been a few times now and will return again. The few faults I can find are easily outweighed by the amazing, happy, bubbly staff who are all more than willing to help you. Great location, fabby breakfast and a great atmosphere all round. Ask for Room 601 if you can, it's got a nice living area and it's the only one with a balcony! Disliked · I hate hate hate wired hairdryers in the bathroom for two reasons, if you are two people then you are taking up more time in the bathroom than is really necessary and most of all, if you are as tall as me trying to dry the back of your hair is really not easy! Annoying that for some reason they kept forgetting to leave us clean towels, no big problem though, we asked and we received.

The location is a bit off from the v&a waterfront and city centre. You need to Uber out everytime. Another then this , everything is Awesome from the staff to the room service food to even the room very good.
