Une expérience au Royal Mansour Casablanca Le Royal Mansour de Casablanca est un hôtel extraordinaire qui incarne parfaitement la réputation prestigieuse de la chaîne Royal Mansour. Le personnel est aux petits soins, offrant un service attentif et chaleureux, tandis que la qualité de la nourriture est tout simplement exceptionnelle. Cependant, un détail a légèrement terni cette expérience : il manque une figure d'autorité dans les restaurants pour superviser le service. Les serveurs et les hôtesses discutent entre eux de façon incessante et parfois bruyante, créant un bruit de fond qui n’est pas à la hauteur de la sérénité et du raffinement attendus dans un hôtel de cette catégorie. Malgré ce point, l’établissement reste un lieu d’exception qui mérite d’être visité. Un ajustement de ce détail renforcerait sans aucun doute sa perfection.

I recently spent three days and nights at the Royal Mansour - female solo traveler who lives in Brooklyn. Not only did they make me feel at home, they treated me like royalty. Well, it is owned by the King of Morocco. They were so helpful and attentive! Recommendations, arranging local explorations with Naima, a female Berber tour guide who is AMAZING and helping me with needed travel arrangements. When I return to Casablanca, I won't even consider another hotel! Thank you!!

Bonjour , Cet hotel est vraiment magnifique et on connait tous l'investissement réalisé tant pour la construction que la formation du personnel. Dans le domaine hôtelier , le client est roi et surtout quand les demandes sont vraiment simples à réaliser. On y etait hier pour un diner de 12 pax à la brasserie, un des invités a demandé une assiette de fruits pour le dessert à cause de son diabéte. j'étais vraiment étonée par la réponse du serveur : « ça va prendre 20 minutes et on va essayer de voir avec le room service. » Pour rappel , le Royal Mansour est un hôtel prestigieux et c'est vraiment dommage que vos collaborateurs agissent de la sorte.

Cet Hôtel est d'une proprété exemplaire. Les chambres sont magnifiques et la literie est très confortable. Le personnel est très agréable et disponible. Le petit déjeuner est complet et il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le restaurant marocain offre des mets succulents. Mention spécial pour ZINAB de la réception et Ali de la Conciergerie. J'y retournerai rien que pour le confort qu'il offre.

Meilleur Hôtel ( ou plutôt palace ) où j’ai séjourné . L’hôtel est bien emplace au cœur de l’ancienne Médina de Casablanca. Le personnel est très professionnel le service et très rapide . Divers restaurants , je suggère vivement La Grande table Marocaine

The absolute best of the best. The service is immaculate and the staff is very professional. There is no other hotel that can match the level of Royal Mansour. Here you can eat elevated authentic Moroccan cuisine at La Grande Table Marocaine like at no other restaurant in this country. The level of details in the rooms is astonishing. I never imagined finding something like this and I will always return to any of the Royal Mansour in Morocco.
