Cleanliness need to improve as there is sands in the room. Found there are few big or small spiders in room and bathroom. Overall we still have a good sleep over the two nights stay. The place is quiet.

Stayed for one night, place was ok for one night. It was a general heater and the rooms didn’t have a heater.

All good, there could be better pool access and more area to space out comfortably

Friendly, everything is okay

The hotel is relatively simple. There is a strong smell of mutton and beef as soon as you enter the room. The quilt isn't my favorite, it's just a blanket. There is no quilt to protect you with a sheet. I don't think it's very clean. Very close to the winery. There are 7/11 and gas stations nearby. Staying for one day is not a big problem.

Cabins and amenities were modern, clean and well looked after. The bunk bed with the double bed was a bit squeaky. The washing amenities were a bit outdated but were practical for a single load of washing. Lots to do with in a 30min distance and lovely staff.

Iv stayed here many time but i have to to say this was my worst stay! Started with the woman with the shortish pink hair who was very rude and has absolutely idea when it comes to no customer service! If her life is that miserable stay home nobody needs to be greeted with your grumpy attitude! The room we stayed in was not very clean, had mould in the shower, the tv didn’t work we even tried to replace batteries which made no difference and the general maintenance side of things a big let down! For the amount we paid we expected better! Cmon guys do better!

Stayed 19 days no sheet change no interaction with park staff took our money and did no more. No dishwasher liquid, no scourer and had to scrub bathroom for grout on floor dirty and seat for disabled dirty. Feet got dirty walking on kitchen lounge floor spent 1st day releasing cabin. TV is too small for deluxe room and internet is so bad couldn't be used even though extender on our roof. Disappointing for $4000

As Two couples travelling our accommodation was just perfect, plenty of space, very well equipped. Everything we needed and then some! Manager was just lovely, so welcoming and warm. Pool was so close, so convenient. Grounds were lovely and the whole park had a great calmness.

We arrived at the holiday park late at 5.30pm to find ourselves stuck outside the boom gate. (The office closes at 4 or 4.30pm).. I scrabbled to check for text message or email regarding the check in details but found nothing in it. Called up the hotline outside the office but it was not connected. Found another number in my email and fortunately the duty manager answered and came to the reception to pass us the envelope. The Ensuite is clean and newly renovated. However we were given a lot opposite the long term stay house where the couple sat outside for a long time (not sure if they were spying on us...). There was no privacy for us and we felt so uncomfortable whole night. The place is quite dark and quiet at night and the TV room required code for entry. There was no common kitchen though it was shown on the map. (we walked all over to look for it). The holiday park seems to be upgrading with some units halfway done. Not my kind of stay for the money paid.

Great location, easy access to public transport to Perth. Efficient, friendly staff. Big sites. Amenities bright and very clean- even a small proper bathtub provided for bathing the little ones. Laundry and camp kitchen good too. Will be back on our next trip

Unwavering kindness & generosity of spirit is rare and beautiful. After finding ourselves stranded 1000’s kms from home with nowhere to stay and a motorhome with mechanical issues Jess found us a room that accompanied us with our pet. I know reviews are meant to guide us to accomodation that either tailors our needs or avoids a vacation catastrophe; there is no one size fits all but for us it didn’t matter because our cabin & each & every staff member we encountered during our stay was perfect & we shall always remain grateful to those who helped us. It’s amazing how uplifting a smile or a chat is when you feel absolute & utter crap. We now have our motorhome back, all is good & we’re on our way east towards the Nullarbor. Our WA trip will never be forgotten. Thank you 🙏🏻

We had the deluxe cabin that sleeps 6. One room has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed. There’s also in cabin tv, kitchen and toilet. Wi-Fi was non existent and the reception for phone service was poor, which forced us to go internet free for a couple of nights (was a pretty good quiet retreat, although I did not expect it to be). The out of hours key collection was reliable and we managed to get to our cabin despite after office hours. Will be great if the sheets are whiter and internet is available. Otherwise a good location, next to a yummy breakfast place.

Sparkling clean, excellent showers, bathrooms and amenities, shady with tree canopy - great location in the Swan Valley. I stayed as a solo traveller and felt safe. Friendly welcoming staff and neighbours.
