Odalar güzel dizayn edilmiş, çalışanlar ilgili ve kibarlar. Bir şey danışmak istediğinizde hemen muhattap bulabiliyorsunuz. Kahvaltısı özenli doyurucu ve bol çeşitli önceden hazırlanmamış ve sıcak geliyor yiyecekler. Genel olarak güzel bir işletme güzel bir tatil geçirdik.

Annem ile 3 gece kaldik, her şeyiyle mükemmeldi. Temiz, güvenilir her yere yakın. Kahvaltisi mükemmeldi. Restaurant bölümü buradaki çoğu otelde yok ama burada vardı ve inanilmaz lezzetli ve eşsiz manzarasi vardı. Biz terasli odada kaldik, tas oda ve terasimiza çıkınca balonlar önümüzden ucuyordu onları görmek için ayrı yere gitmemize bile gerek kalmadi. Otel ve restaurant çalışanları cok ilgili cok nazik ve güler yüzlülerdi. Arabasız geldiğimiz için bizzat otel sahibi Gülper hanim, bize gidilecek yerler hakkında detaylı bilgiler verdi her güne ayrı rota belirledi ve ulaşım konusunda bize cok yardımcı oldu sayesinde her günümüz dolu dolu geçti. Kapadokya’ya her gelişimde burasi ilk tercihim olacak. Bizi evimizde gibi hissettiren Bala cave ailesine bu eşsiz deneyim için tekrar teşekkür ederim..

Kendinizi özel hissettirecek çok temiz konforlu her şey düşünülmüş otelin kendine ait restoran kısmında mükellef kahvaltısı var 3 gece konakladim personel çok güler yüzlü ve alakalı işletmecisi kadın girişimci gülper hanım misafirperver çok sıcak ve samimi kendinizi yabancı gibi hissetmiyorsun bölgeyle ilgili gezilmesi gereken rotalar hakkında bilgi alabiliyorsunuz biz çok memnun kaldık kapadokya bölgesinde ki adresimiz artık belli burayı arkadaşımın tavsiyesi üzerine geldim benimde tek tavsiyem oldu
