We had booked a room with two queen beds, but upon arrival, we were given a room with two single beds. After clarifying our booking, they moved us to two separate rooms on different floors, even though we had specifically requested adjacent rooms in advance. Additionally, the cable was disconnected in our room, and while we requested maintenance, upon returning, we discovered the remote control was missing. When we checked out, the hotel staff is looking for the remote control which seems that we were responsible for the missing remote, despite us reporting it to them immediately after noticing its absence.
