The facilities were not great compared to the price, but I was generally satisfied with the service.
There was no heating so it was a bit cold at night. A portable heater is required.

I recently stay at bloom hotel Karol bagh with family and I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience .The front office staff was friendly and courteous ,room was Very spacious with comfortable sized and the have a free min bar that was great suprise Thanks to bloom

Large spacious clean room in hotel set back from traditional Indian street. Staff very friendly with complimentary water and other items you might need (toothpaste!). I would recommend to other travellers. About 39mins taxi from the airport.

Very nice stay at this hotel. Very good breakfast. Rooms are near and clean. Bathroom are first class. The staffs very good and guest friendly. The allowed me one hour additionally on request. Very nice Hotel to stay. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. Value for money.Overall I would highly recommend for everyone looking for a relaxing stay in bloom in Karol Bagh.

Great stay it was ,awesome gesture by the staff .All staff was very professional and decent with their service.Special Thanks to Aman and Rohit for their great efforts and hospitality during our stay.We knew that it's a chain hotel and very big brand despite of this we would like to express our experiance.It was really lovely.
