The facilities were not great compared to the price, but I was generally satisfied with the service.
There was no heating so it was a bit cold at night. A portable heater is required.

Well appointed room. Pure vegetarian restaurant. Entry to restaurant is from outside of the hotel. There was no water supply in the morning due to breakdown of the electric motor. The housekeeping took around 2 hours to fix it. I booked a room with twin bed, and wanted to upgrade to king size bed. Both the room were 220 sqft. Surprisingly they ask me to rs. 2, 800- extra for two nights to upgrade from twin bed to king size bed. That did not seem to be fair.

It was an excellent stay, Very neat and clean and a calm place to stay. The team here is very professional and they help you at every instance. I checked in late night they made sure that it should be a smooth process . Will be surely visiting again.

Our stay was really good, the room was very clean ans spacious. I loved the smell of the room and particularly the body gel, it smelled like watermelon 🍉. I also loved how they used an app for everything you might need like pillows, dental kit or whatever. The staff was polite and helpful, particularly Rohit, we came very tired from a long journey and he managed our early check in (for a fee) and late check in the next day for no fee. The breakfast was at a restaurant next door, vegetarian which we loved, with a good variety. The food was very good and the restaurant was clean. The location was good. The only thing I would improve would be the soundproofing, you could hear some noise from the street and from the hallway.

Very good Hotel and great staff, good location and breakfast with very good variety superior at other hotels in India that we stated. Rohit was our salvation the first day, he facilitated us an early check-in and the late check-out our last day. Hotel and staff totally recomended.

Nice large room. Very clean. Comfortable super king size bed. Decent WiFi. Next door to excellent veggie restaurant where buffet breakfast is served. Good location close to metro. Helpful staff. We were given a late check out (for a small cost). No complaints.

the interior was awesome. The staff is very friendly. room was neat and tidy. one of the best places to stay in delhi where everything is easily accessible, be it metro station,karol bagh market, a good restaurant and temples if you wanna visit.

The staff is professional and friendly everything was clean and was perfect as the review we counted from and had a wonderful stay .Even the market is nearby where you can we visit and there is luggage storage facility . As write saying Bloom is blooming across India
