I was directly denied the room upon arrival, and told that we don’t have any tie up with mmt, later upon requesting, which i shouldn’t be doing he rudely asked his stafff me to transfer to a unsafe location and give room saying that it’s anothe property we owe them there we got a very bad room to stay and charged us unfair amount for dinner, do something about this or else i will ask delhi government to interfere int this matter

I had to catch a flight from early morning. There was no hot water when I went to the washroom. I asked the receptionist they told me sir morning mein hoga. when I booked family room they should have kept it reserve from me from morning I was first given a different room then again after sometime room was changed the family room.

Hygiene was very low. Found cockroaches in the room. No house keeping staff came for room cleaning not even a single time of my 2 days stays. Rest of the services was good
