Great services, room very clean and tidy, strategic location near luxurious department store and famous place.

Its really nice right in the heart of everything. Staff could not be nicer-in every area-breakfast was fine. Room just great -great size -nothing to complain about at all -we stayed two nights really enjoyed it. Next to Serina mall, 10 minutes walk to Plaza Indonesia, Churches Mosques etc. nearby. Really nice place-we will be back.

I love the location which is so strategic to almost anywhere! The room is spacious and clean. One i dislike is the window facing a wall so when you open the window it will still dark. Overall i love this hotel!

A hotel with an Islamic feel, the check-in process is easy, there is a deposit of 100,000, or exchange for a driver's license, non-halal couples are not allowed to enter for check-in... There are various types of food, including western too, green bean porridge, fried rice, various fruit and also various ginger drinks, orange juice, infused water, etc. The concern is that the car park can only accommodate 4 at the front, 6 at the back, there is no car guard on duty. The staff were very helpful, I hope the service will be better, I asked for a slice of cake for a friend who was having a birthday but the hotel couldn't fulfill the request because there wasn't any dessert in stock, only heavy food.

Cleanliness is not clean, especially in the bathroom area and the walls of the rooms are dirty, For showers, it seems like you have to replace them with ones with lots of types of spray. There are rooms whose windows face the building so no sunlight comes in. The pillows are not hotel standard, they are flat and there is only 1... The AC was cold for a long time and only one room key was given with a deposit of 100 k The quality of the amenites is poor and the cotton buds are so bad they get stuck in your ears 😭😭😭
