we stayed for 3 days on a business trip, but we found that the elevator was so crowded that we had to wait quite a long time. the food and breakfast service seems ordinary. but the staff serves guests very well

I believe most poor review here was for the old hotel before it was fully acquired and renovated by OYO (budget hotel chain). So don't read any of these review when it was dated before year 2020. I stayed here for vacation with a friend. The room is spacious and relatively clean. Ceramic flooring. The bed is firm and comfortable. Linen looks clean, however our towel got little stain on it. Bathroom is huge and clean as well, water temperature is easy to adjust with strong current coming out of shower head. the basic OYO amenities is provided (cheap quality shower gel, shampoo and dental kit). During checkin, the receptionist gave glass water bottle that can be refilled anytime. Hotel was eerily quiet at night, that ambience of old hotel is still there, and the yellowish lighting doesnt help to make it more cheerful either. There is swimming pool that no one seems to use during my stay. Wifi speed is average, good enough to stream youtube, but not reliable enough to play online game. Location wise, its slightly north of Jakarta CBD, but the area is surrounded by plenty of good food. There are plenty of parking space Pricewise, i paid dirt cheap due to discount at OYO, but even without discount, this hotel is still really worth the price. I would say that this OYO establishment is an equal of 3 star hotel which will probably charge twice as much. Recommended

Short vacation in Jakarta and staying at the Whiz Cikini hotel, was very impressive with a friendly reception at check-in by Mas Doni,giving a warm welcome and sweet smile upon arrival. The size of the room is quite large and the simple decoration of the room made us rest well. The delicious breakfast made us more excited to continue our waiting activities. The Japanese style makes the room cosy, but they're small. Good for a few days, it makes packing up a bit hard. The receptionist and crew are nice. You can get free tea at the reception and free tea or coffee on the rooftop from 5 to 8pm. There is an affordable massage service. I didn't really have a view on the city from my bedroom. The area is also a bit run down, not like the cbd, but there is a lot of street food around, and warung open late. The elevator is noisy in the hallway and the music there should be turned slightly down.

Dafam Express Jaksa is near to the center of the Jakarta, just 1 km even less, a new hotel, bit quiet and in good location for most everything in the city center, staff were helpful and fast response on check in and check out The rooms are spacious and modern decoration, working table, TV, and glass partition between bathroom and bedroom, basic amenities / toiletries, but the shower room is spacious and good shower tap, modern toilet (PS : it doesn't have lock) a comfy clean bed, with an amazing city view (ask the highfloor), and the drinking water available on the dispenser near lifts with water pitcher (so you can refill it).. less bottle. (I experienced a blackout, the lights were on, but I found someone trapped in the lift and the staff could not open it, because there was no key, hopefully this can be fixed) Parking are limited, but reasonable price and I highly recommended to stay here.

The hotel location is strategic, easy to go any where, near from the center of Jakarta (some ministries), the furniture has renew however need to improve about the air condition, some of it has been operating below the standard even we have settled it at 16 degree Celsius but the room temperature still warm.

New hotel with very modern building, neat staff and very clean rooms. The breakfast provided is very tasty and follows health protocols. The staff is very helpful when the lock is broken, and security is ready to open the door. Thanks to Juno Hotel, hopefully I can come back to stay again.

Hotel is in good location but beware after late night you won't see any shops open even the convenience shop closes by 10 -10.30 pm at night . There are street food shops outside but quality is not that good . Hotel has in premises restaurant which closes by 11 at night . They do serve alcoholic drinks. Bar is available in the hotel. Security is there in the hotel but not the best they don't screen everyone while entering the lift . Eventhough room was clean observed there are small roaches in the toilet . They do have smoking and non smoking rooms with air con. Safety lockers are available and they work properly . Hot water and bathroom flush worked properly. Tried Nasi goreng with telur in their restaraunt and it was damn good but payment is only via cash . Try to have indonesian rupiah in hand for payments.

Really appreciate with all staff and all services Hotel. New newness hotel near central of Jakarta and Tanah Abang. I recommend the room with swimming pool, nice and calm situations. The first day is really good, even the noise come from beside room, and you can asked for moving room (the reception ana will give you as long they still have available room) Breakfast very crowded and no one staff restaurant take the dirty plates glass on your table😤 its like you self serving. But so far the hotel really good. I like the lobby interior, they have guci at the coridor room. The smell really good at every area hotel.

Staying here for cousin's wedding at HK building.. why the toilet is small even for junior suite? 😂
