La mia recensione riguarda il Centro Massaggi di questo meraviglioso Grand Hotel di Cesenatico. Io e mia moglie abbiamo usufruito di un massaggio di coppia rilassante ed energizzante magnificamente eseguito da Giorgia e Giulia nella giornata del 29 dicembre 2024. Alle sempre diverse tecniche di massaggio, in questa occasione, sono stati aggiunti alcuni elementi di particolare significato e carica energetica. Complimenti ad entrambe, siete veramente brave.

Il servizio e l’attenzione al cliente, che sono sempre stati eccellenti, hanno fatto un ulteriore salto di qualità. Ogni dettaglio è curato con precisione, mostrando una dedizione straordinaria verso le esigenze degli ospiti. Un grande plauso anche per il miglioramento dell’esperienza pet-friendly: ora è possibile pranzare e fare colazione in una comoda area dedicata, in compagnia del proprio amico a quattro zampe. Questo servizio aggiunge un tocco di calore e inclusività che fa davvero la differenza. Il pranzo natalizio è stato un autentico trionfo, andando ben oltre le aspettative. La qualità, la varietà e la raffinatezza dei piatti hanno reso questa giornata speciale ancora più indimenticabile. In sintesi, il Grand Hotel Da Vinci non è solo un hotel, ma una vera esperienza a 360 gradi, perfettamente all’altezza del suo nome. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Qualche mese fa ho fatto un pranzo e a 40 minuti dall orario di chiusura della cucina hanno iniziato a sparecchiare il buffet e a preparare per la colazione del giorno dopo e a dar l aspirapolvere vicino a noi,alche mi sono sentita pressata innervosita mi sono alzata senza finire il pranzo e sono stata zitta.Oggi a colazione è successa la stessa identica cosa,la stessa caduta di stile, in posti altolocati non deve succedere .Non torneremo mai più,non scendo nei dettagli

hotel stupendo dotato di tutti i confort, siamo stati benissimo, la camera in upgrade era una deluxe, molto spaziosa, il letto grande e comodissimo, mentre mia figlia aveva una junior suite molto bella e spaziosa, il personale gentilissimo, avevamo il trattamento a mezza pensione e abbiamo mangiato benissimo, la colazione spettacolare come scelta e qualità, mi sono trovata molto bene e ci tornerò sicuramente.
