The stay was bad, the sofa inside the room was very dirty, no proper storage facility, room service was very bad, had to remind 100 times to just clean the room

Smelly rooms. No facility as mentioned in the app. Bathrooms were not clean as well. Rooms were not available immediately upon our arrival although we had paid in advance and were late. Hotel staff admitted that there is a smell in the room. They used room freshener and acted like they can't do anything. Worst experience and not worth money. Complete waste

Not a good experience hot water is not coming towel is also dirty requests are very delay no toilet paper available in washroom ! i am very very disappointed

This was one of my worst stays i ever booked. The room ac and phone was not working, even after complaining the issue was not resolved. I had to go down all. The way to reception for any query i had. The room was too dirty, there was dust everywhere, the floor was literally stick and not cleaned at all.

Not at all a place to go if you want cleanliness, basic amenities and non smelling towels. The television is 21 inches some non branded pathetic box. The washroom is literally broken with very bad smell, tiles are broken all over, seat is pathetic, you will definitely want to skip washroom during your stay. Sockets in the room and washroom are broken. The condition is such that you will think before lying on bed and believing if the bed sheet and blankets are clean. The hair dryer is all wrapped in tapes. The cupboard has locker which is like an old suitcase which is broken and full of dust. You can not keep anything in cupboard and you will know once you open. Super unhygienic place with the most pathetic room and washroom.
