The manager did not communicate well, the room was okayish but the rest of the hotel is in dire need of repair, the room key did not work multiple times, the entire place needs thorough cleaning.

I don't stay in hotel, hotel management not allowed to stay in hotel and misbehaving with me where as i booked non refundable booking. Neither return my money nor allow to stay me

The stay was comfortable but could have been better. The cushion were uncleaned had stains on it. The ac was making lot of noise all throughout the stay. The bathroom was not clean. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The staff however was good and helpful. Thank you

The room was just okay. It should have been cleaned especially the cushions. The cushions had stains over it. The bathroom was not clean. There was no toilet paper. The mini fridge had nothing. The ac was so noisy that you cannot even hear what you are watching on mobile. The staff was good. Overall the experience was just okay

I visited chandigarh for personal work and spent 3 nights in the hotel. Location is perfect, food is good and services too is quite commendable. Rooms are neat and tidy. The hotel staffs are very friendly and very helpful.

Badly stinking room and bed bugs. Generally i don’t have very high expectations from non branded and moderately priced hotels, but this was very bad

It was guaranteed that i can check in early but the same was not allowed by the hotel. Basic things like sleeper were not provided and breakfast option was very less that can be improved. I excepted better food in breakfast.
