Hot spring Hotels in Changchun

The hotel is very nice. Absolutely ALL the staff is super friendly and are always willing to help, despite not speaking the language they have made an effort to meet all our needs. The room surprised us a lot, because everything is perfect for the children. We were there with our 3 children (11, 5 and 3 years old) and the truth is that there is entertainment for all ages! There is small football, board games, ping pong table, billiard table, karaoke, there are also chicks and alpacas and a panda show. Breakfast is very well stocked, there is food for all tastes. The pools and hot springs are in very good condition. Thank you very much to all the staff for making us feel welcome the whole time, we will definitely be back very soon.

The room was very clean, and the quality of the bedding and supplies was also OK. However, we encountered someone who used the hotel as a wedding room for marriage. It was almost one o'clock in the middle of the night, opening and closing the door, and the noise was very noisy. In addition, the next morning, they came to pick up the bride and blocked the door early in the morning. We were woken up at seven o'clock. Because they were getting married, it was a happy event, so we had to endure it ourselves. The front desk clerk was very nice and thoughtful. We went with our children, and he took the initiative to help us get a children's breakfast. There were not many types of breakfast, but they were full. The hot spring is not large, but there are not many people, so it doesn't feel crowded. The most satisfactory pavilions and towers built on the lake, the Jiangnan landscape is beautiful, and there are not many people, adults and children have a lot of fun.

Overall it's okay, there aren't many people, the kids had a lot of fun playing but The hotel smells loud and the air conditioner doesn't work well I borrowed a power bank at 21:00 and returned it at 22:30, but the power bank was cut off. At 9 a.m. the next day, I charged the full day rate, but there was no response twice. In the morning, I scanned the code to eat in the restaurant on the second floor. After the meal, the whole family started to have diarrhea. There was no feedback after the reaction. I'll just check out normally and leave.
