This stay at Changchun Shangri-La Hotel was a perfect experience!
The front desk Leo and Jayden provided warm and thoughtful service. From the attentive guidance at check-in to the response to various needs during the stay, I felt comfortable and at ease, as if I was at home.
The room hygiene is impeccable. Every corner is clean and tidy, the bed sheets and quilts are as white as snow, and the bathroom is spotless. There is no need to worry about hygiene issues.
