It is a great hotel. With super clean 5 star rooms with very comfortable beds. It includes a great hotspring. Not crowded in the hotspring, good to relax after a day in busy Changchun. They have many pools to enjoy together with all family. The hotel staff is very friendly and offers a very good service. I like the lake which belongs to the hotel. It is a quiet nature area, perfect for a walk in the early morning. Breakfast is good and has a good coffee as well. Thank u very much for this stay

Not allowed to go swimming! The swimming pool is for members only! They did chase me away from the pool! Bad experience!!! Fake five star. Only 4 star

The room was very clean, and the quality of the bedding and supplies was also OK. However, we encountered someone who used the hotel as a wedding room for marriage. It was almost one o'clock in the middle of the night, opening and closing the door, and the noise was very noisy. In addition, the next morning, they came to pick up the bride and blocked the door early in the morning. We were woken up at seven o'clock. Because they were getting married, it was a happy event, so we had to endure it ourselves. The front desk clerk was very nice and thoughtful. We went with our children, and he took the initiative to help us get a children's breakfast. There were not many types of breakfast, but they were full. The hot spring is not large, but there are not many people, so it doesn't feel crowded. The most satisfactory pavilions and towers built on the lake, the Jiangnan landscape is beautiful, and there are not many people, adults and children have a lot of fun.

Many parties tried to contact me in time when the conditions for opening the meal were not met. According to my request, a hot and rich breakfast was prepared at the door of my room the next morning. The hotel also includes a hot spring ticket for two people. The hot spring is on the underground floor, and the indoor hot spring has impeccable conditions and facilities. The simple meals provided are cheap, and a chicken soup tofu skewer is only 10 yuan, which is not enough to eat at street stalls in the south. The room facilities are complete, and there are refrigerators and irons. It would be better if the room provided a clothes drying rack or clothesline. The staff on duty at the front desk at night gave me the room card directly without checking my ID when I checked in. Although my family had already booked a room in advance, such a simple procedure made me feel unsafe. And I was not informed of the time and location of breakfast. The standardization of personnel execution procedures needs to be improved.

The noodles are OK, the noodles are cooked in a small pot on the second day, and the waiting time is longer, the corn noodles will be much faster. I didn't have time to go to the hot spring, so I won't comment. The staff in the hotel are very enthusiastic.
