A fantastic location and a great hotel. Wonderful staff and helpful tips about the area.

The room is small and is located in the core scenic area, within walking distance of various signature attractions.

도깨비 언덕을 가고자 한다면 이 호텔이 가장 적합할 것 같다!! 도보 3-5분 거리 밖에 안걸려서 아침 저녁으로 도깨비언덕 산책했다. 다만 단점은 건물이 오래된 것 같다는 점..? 침대는 넓으나 화장실은 매우 좁고 불편하다. 샤워욕조와 변기가 마주보고 거의 바로 있으며 세면대는 따로 있다. 방문 옆에 세면대가 있음. 가구도 오래된 것 같지만 방은 청결한 편이였다. 침대가 편해서 잠도 푹 잤음!

If you want to go to Goblin Hill, I think this hotel is the best!! Since it was only a 3-5 minute walk, I took a walk around Goblin Hill in the morning and evening. However, the downside is that the building seems old...? The bed is wide, but the bathroom is very narrow and uncomfortable. The shower bathtub and toilet are almost directly opposite each other, and the sink is separate. There is a sink next to the door. The furniture seemed old, but the room was clean. The bed was comfortable so I slept well!

Hotel Manoir Ste Genevieve  I’ll try to give an honest review of our four night stay in September 2022. What we liked: 1. it’s in a great location close to everything you want to see old Quebec. 2. It’s very cute. 3. Our room was clean. 4. The price was reasonable compared to other properties in the same area. What could have been better: 1. Once we arrived and checked in there was very little contact with staff. Our room was not serviced and we were responsible for getting towels, coffee and room essentials and emptying trash. However, that really wasn’t a big deal and we understand that staffing shortages are huge problem. We also noticed that the hotel manager would leave early and leave an envelope with keys for guests who had not yet arrived.  2. The outside upper deck is in real need of attention. There is old furniture, dead plants and broken pieces scattered around. The owner needs to clean this up to make it attractive to guests again.  If you are looking for luxury and service, this is not your hotel. The stairs are steep and our room was small. That said, it was a good stay considering the location, quaintness and value.

Budget hotel in an excellent location. Right next to the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac and a few minutes from the funicular that takes you down to Quartier Petit Champlain. Very quiet and safe neighborhood close to many shops and restaurants. Very walkable location. Hotel is very old with lots of stairs and has no elevator so be advised. Owner is very nice and is there Monday to Friday during the day but otherwise the hotel is unstaffed. If you arrive after hours, you will be given a passcode to enter and your key will be on the hallway table.

The location was great: central and very easy to locate. I wasn't able to check-in until really late time due to the train delay and the owner accommodated us very kindly. The room was properly heated.
