It was quite good. The room manager helped to upgrade the suite and gave the child a panda. Overall, I was quite satisfied. It was Christmas, and the children also liked the hotel's Christmas tree and were super happy. There were some unsatisfactory points that were well communicated. I hope to have a more pleasant experience next time.
