Booked this hotel for a friend. I stayed there very well and recommended it to her. It is clean and the service is friendly. The hotel is in a separate building and there are no idlers. You can only go upstairs by swiping your card in the elevator. It has high privacy and is very friendly for women to travel and stay. , there is a subway station nearby, and there is Cha Yan. I went shopping with friends to eat and drink. I went to Yuelu Mountain and Orange Island. I drank Cha Yan and ate stinky tofu. I will come again next time!

I will stay at this hotel as soon as I come to Changsha. The hotel service is impeccable. They will call me before I check in and ask me if I have any room requirements. I usually choose the room I often stay in. If there is no room available, they will help me choose a similar room type. They are very thoughtful and meticulous. The room facilities and equipment are complete, and the toiletries are all available. They are all disposable and quite hygienic. The parking lot is very convenient to enter and exit. It is worth recommending!

The room service is also very good. What is missing is told to the little housekeeper will help you arrange. The clothes can be sent to the front desk to wash. After washing, I will take it back. I am very happy to live for three days. Next time I come, I will give priority to this ❤️

It's right behind the stadium, so close, you can easily walk back to the hotel after the concert! When we arrived, we were upgraded to a double bed room that could see the Ferris wheel🎡. It was clean and bright, with a good view. The room was also very large, and the water pressure in the shower at night was great!
They also provide support bracelets and bags of water, so you don’t have to go in to buy water, which is so considerate!
It's a pity that I only stayed for one night. It would be better to stay for a few more nights if possible. I could have tea and watch the night view or a movie in the evening. It was great!

I escaped from another hotel overnight and came to this one. I was unexpectedly satisfied. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic when I first arrived. After entering the room, the overall feeling and decoration of the room were very good. The bathroom was also separated into dry and wet areas, and the supporting facilities were complete and relatively clean. Whether it was another friend or someone from Changsha who came to the hotel to visit me, they all said that the room was good and they would stay there next time. The cleaning lady knocked on the door carefully every day to ask if I wanted to clean. It is worth staying here

the place is a littl hard to find because it's hiding at the back of a building, and they don't have a signage in the front of the building. Please call to ask for directions before leaving for your trip, or else you'll have to ask people around there (we had asked a few shop owners in the front of the building and they said they don't know where is the place, not sure if they really don't know or being unhelpful). However, besides that, everything is quite good, really nice owner, the place is clean as well.

I think it is very clean. Although it is a bit small, it is ok for me alone, and the front desk lady is very good at business. No matter whether the company has been trained, at least she knows that there is a return certificate. Most hotels don't know that Hong Kong people have two documents. At that time, I said that I was a Hong Kong ID card, and then Miss Sister said that the ID card is not good. You can give me the return card. I felt that Miss Sister's business ability was very good. When I checked out, I also chatted with the two young ladies at the front desk. They asked me if I was traveling. I said yes, and it was to watch Chen Li's concert. One young lady said that Chen Li was very good. I searched her and felt very good. She turned to powder 🤣 and another young lady said that she could see Chen Li's program as a mentor. Booked two rooms for two nights. The front desk did not inform me of the room upgrade when I checked in. The next day, the front desk said that the room was upgraded. However, I looked at the elevator sign and found that the room on the 14th floor where we stayed was not a business room as indicated by the elevator sign. When I asked the front desk, they said that the room had been renovated two years ago. I was thinking that since it had been renovated for two years, why hadn't this small sign been updated?

CCameo19I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities.
It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute!
The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log.
Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.)
The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place.
The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable.
Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great.
Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city.
Definitely recommend staying here!

Location: Couldn't be more perfect - walking distance from all the areas we wanted to be in, with tonnes of great food and drink options (street food, restaurants etc) right at the doorstep, same with convenience stores and everything else you'd need. The subway is also a very short walk away, as well as several malls.
Room: Room was very good - really well kitted out (including a very good hair dryer which my girlfriend said was worth mentioning), clean, and well decorated. Lots of useful tech / extra touches that elevated the stay. It was slightly on the smaller side, so not a huge amount of storage space for clothes, but this wasn't a problem for our shorter stay. The room includes a projector which has a lot of films included (including in english) which was a nice touch.
Service: The service was amazing! The front desk staff don't speak english but we used our phones to translate, so communication was no problem. Xiao Hao, Pei Pei, and Xiao Mei were great - and we were always met with a smile. There's a concierge service which means you can reach the team on WeChat at any time - and they were incredibly responsive and helpful each time I asked for recommendations or had specific questions.
Facilities: Decent.well decorated, modern communal areas, the breakfast has a good spread (western / chinese), free laundry and dryers. The gym is tiny and quite barren however.

AAnonymous UserLocation: The hotel is located at the heart of the city! Extremely convenient to shop and go back to rest before going out again, multiple times a day. We were surrounded by nightlife and lots of food options even after 2am. We share the same building as a karaoke and famous bar so it gets bustling on weekend nights. The shared lift was not pleasant but I wasn’t a big deal to me.
There is an amazing massage place in the same building that opens 24/7. Perfect for food reflexology after a long day of sightseeing.
Room: Was amazed at the smart home. Loved the clean room, silent projector with huge screen, great hair dryer, fast and free laundry service, free bottled water, shower was very strong which was great! Only down side is it bathroom was a little small and it gets flooded with water. But they do offer slippers so it wasn’t that bad. If we needed anything we can just WeChat the reception.
We were also the unlucky ones who had room closer to the club, was a bit noisy at night but was too tired it didn’t bother me much. They provide ear plugs if you need.
It’s not perfect, but for the price, location, service and amenities, I’d say it was worth it. Would recommend to my friends.

The entrance to the subway station is just downstairs, so you can travel however you want, very convenient.
Having said that, I brought two and a half boys, one big man, four people may be a little crowded, I wanted to upgrade, but the men all refused, saying that they just take a bath and sleep, think about it, there is a washing machine and refrigerator in the room, Hygiene is also okay, because I am too tired to play, I have not experienced the projection, and the overall sleeping comfort is not bad, but the sensor light is more sensitive, it lights up when I move, I can’t see the light yet, I wake up when I see the light
The first day I took a shower and found that the floor drain was not good. Fortunately, it was resolved quickly. The hotel should pay more attention to this routine inspection~

Hotel need major renovation,as it's very old ,Carpet is very hard to maintain especially for such a old hotel and fully carpet. ROom have a very unpleasant carpet smell once u enter the room
breakfast is very normal ,tasteless
Not easy to locate as it's in the Alley and didi could only stop u at the main road as car is not accessible

SSOPHIA CHOU WEIWe stayed only 1 night and hotel was chosen due to location in the Airport. Hote is located 3mins wlk to T1. We arrived at the Hunaghua Int'l Airport T2 and you can call the hotel to arange for pick up which is bonus. The hotel also send us to the meglev station the next day. Overall it is oerfect for those who want to stay near the hotel. Room is clean too. Note: checking in was a bit challenging as we arrived at mid night and only 1 person mend the reception. we were half way doing check in when a group of China local tourist came in and they dont't wait don't queue - many of them just shoved you aside and push their ID card over to the staff for check in.
