With a tube station just downstairs, getting to visit the city is very convenient. There is also a good selection of restaurants in the small mall, a "Cha Yan Yue Se" (popular tea shop) which doesn't require long to queue at all. Breakfast is super too, with a nice range of food. There's also a coffee machine in the room so we could grab a cup of coffee if needed. The staff is super friendly and helped with booking a spa treatment, some visits around the city. As the taxi driver that took us back to the hotel said, it is the best hotel in Changsha.

The service at The St. Regis Changsha is really impeccable. The various thoughtful greetings before check-in, the 24-hour beverage service after check-in and the take-out delivery service are all top-notch. There is a business district downstairs from the hotel, and Changsha's special tea Yan Yue Se is available. The hotel's breakfast is also very delicious. It is really a highly recommended hotel. The only minor flaw is that the fragrance in the hotel lobby smells bad, and I suggest changing it.

We chose two hotels for this trip to Changsha, Niccolo and St. Regis. The butler service at St. Regis is even better. Ashley and Mia are always there to help with any needs. The 24-hour drinks are also good. I'll come again next time.

The bubble bath is highly recommended. The scenery is super good. The whole house is very comfortable with the induction smart home. Stay at St. Regis when you come to Changsha. I think St. Regis Changsha is the hotel that needs no comments. Except that the view is not as good as Grand Hyatt and other river view hotels, everything else is really good. I bought a two-night St. Regis coupon on Ctrip on the day of check-in, but I couldn't use it. The front desk was very attentive to help me deal with this matter, so I only booked one night for the time being. When I took a bath at night, there were several long hairs that didn't belong to me in the bathtub. After reporting it, the duty manager helped me disinfect the bathtub the next day. A small gift was sent to apologize that night. All my needs during the stay were met. Later, I continued to be the original owner of the room. The daily turndown, all-day drinks on call, room service dishes, snacks, daily cleaning, and the attitude of the staff were all good. The breakfast noodles were also authentic, and the other dishes were also OK. When I was leaving, the butler also sent blessings. The service was really good.

The hotel is located close to the high-speed rail station. The hotel facilities are OK. The front desk and elevator reception have good service attitudes. Due to the high-speed rail schedule, I wanted to delay check-out until 2 o'clock, which was a bit regrettable.
