酒店蒞臨湘江，可以直通大悦城內部，地理位置優越，早餐品類也很豐富，味道不錯，辦理入住的前台Suzy認真負責，很為客人考慮，有介紹酒店的設施設備，整體體驗很不錯。

酒店的設計很優雅大氣，早餐種類也非常豐富。提前打電話説了我的需求。來辦入住的時候，房間也是按照我的喜好給我提前準備好，讓我感覺服務非常有温度。辦理入住的時候前台Serein非常熱情細緻的介紹了酒店的設施設備，還給我們送了酒店的10週年書簽。很有紀念意義。下次還會再來的！

和女朋友三週年來長沙玩定了北辰洲際，晚上臨時和Lily管家説想要紀念日佈置，本來已經做好沒有蛋糕和禮物的準備了，結果Lily幫我們特殊申請到了蛋糕，還送了女朋友一直想要的玩偶，真的超級驚喜！入住期間Lily幾乎對我們就是有求必應的態度，服務真的沒話説，感謝美女管家的招待，這次來洲際真的很開心
