非常滿意，前台的brain和易經理服務好給我升級了房間，酒店硬件很不錯，健身房有Technogym，如果房間的吹風機是戴森的就更好了

和家人出來玩，考慮到交通方便選了JW萬豪.離地鐵站非常近，去各大景點非常方便。酒店早餐在3樓，會有人領位入座。早餐品種豐富。不論是我們到達時酒店大門幫拿行李的服務員，辦理入住退房的前台，打掃衞生的姓李的服務員，服務態度都非常nice,以後來玩還是會首選萬豪！

是目前國內外住過的Jw萬豪酒店裡最乾淨 服務最好 五星級的體驗
前台小何服務好評，很巧的是從我入住到退房都是她接待，不管是説話還是服務都令人愉悦
唯一不足的是 這家早餐沒有那麼好吃 如果能提高 就完美了

為您服務中心團隊很棒，服務中心的Lucky和Leon很不錯，酒店出門就有地鐵，35樓大堂風景很美，泳池不錯。抵達禮賓小夥，客房的姐姐很熱情~~行政酒廊很美，入住的服務都很贊。
