Atour Light Hotel is located in the heart of Huang Xing Pedestrian Street, a Changsha foodie paradise. The location is a little hard to find since the entrance is in an alley, but still a great location nonetheless. The hotel is new and clean. I chose a room without windows as the receptionist explained it would be quieter. Instead of a real window, the “window” look out into a fake garden, which I thought it was a nice touch. Besides the usual complimentary toiletries, the hotel also offer heated eye masks and surplus drinks in the refrigerator. The free laundry service is also a plus. When checking out, the reception offered more water and snacks. Overall, I am very satisfied with Atour Light Hotel and would recommend it to my friends and family when visiting Changsha.

The hotel is very close to IFC Orange Island and Pozi Street. There is a Golden Building next to it where you can check in. There are also many delicious foods nearby, which is really convenient. I like the style of the hotel. There is a terrace on the seventh floor, and it is also very convenient to chat and check in with friends. When checking in, the front desk introduced the room patiently. The room is very quiet and has a light fragrance. It is the hotel's own fragrance. The room is also very smart. Whether it is the lights, curtains or TV, it can be controlled by the voice butler. The toilet and bathroom are separated by dry and wet separation, and the toilet can also be heated. The experience is very good! I stayed with my friend for three days. On the day I arrived, there was only a low floor in the room. My friend didn’t want a low floor. After the front desk lady knew it, she promised to change us to a high floor the next day. The next day, the high floor room came out. The lady immediately notified us. The problem was solved very quickly and comprehensively. Hahahaha, I have seen very patient and responsible staff, none of them! Highly recommended to everyone

A solid stay in the city center of Changsha. It's just clean and comfortable hostel. Beds are a little bit hard (fine for me). Shower rooms are clean. City center. Wuyiguangchang even just 5 minuites away. The hostel itself may not have a perfect view from the window. But on the stairs you could see ifs, and, again, 5 minuites and you are there are. Food around are a little bit expensive, but there are also cheap shops and caffes, you just need to explore area a little bit. Night walk is perfect. Transport too.

The smoke smell is quite strong in the corridor/lift. There was also an ashtray in the room even though we got a non smoking room. Fortunately, there wasn't any smell in the room itself. The windows and the table were quite dirty. The mattress was a bit on the harder side. Nonetheless, the stay remained rather nice. The reception staff is welcoming and very helpful. They served us tea while checking us in. On our second night, we had a question concerning our train tickets and they helped us call the support service without being asked. Location was also great as we were about 15min away from Wuyi square and right next to the metro.
