酒店環境不錯，酒店氣派，我住的房間之前説無窗户但後面還是給我有窗的房間，雖然臨街但也不覺得吵，入住時間提前到上午十點，非常人性化。早餐豐富，夜宵花樣稍遜色一點。出行到景點滴滴打車差不多六元左右，幸運時還有四塊多的，總之下次來還會上攜程訂，唯一遺憾的那就是如果能把退房時間調到下午兩點就更完美了。

環境還可以，除了旁邊有在施工，有點吵，對我沒有影響，我朋友就覺得太吵。就是服務質量跟不上，房間打電話一直打不通前台，沒人接，用手機打也沒人接，攜程轉接過去也一直沒人接。很奇葩，搞不懂這裏的服務員，前台都幹嘛去了，是有很重要的事嗎？期待攜程或者建國給個説法

性價比很好的一家酒店，位置優越硬件設施完好。尤其是酒店衞生間熱水，壓力充足，用起來很舒服。早餐豐富，有新鮮的當地小吃，口味不錯，很推薦。
停車方便，有自己的地下停車場，這對自駕遊的遊客很友好。

過道的地毯很臟的感覺這給人的印象很不好，這個價格來説對於客人的體驗總體還可以吧，服務水平有待提升，建築的氣派和風格很大氣很宏偉，房間裝修比較新，床品還是比較好的睡得比較舒服，也有一些不錯的設計，但是也有很多不搭的設計和不太到位的設計，我個人下次來長汀的話會希望嘗試其他酒店，這家酒店位置偏了一點，周邊沒有什麼配套，我吃飯都是出去遠一點的地方吃的，但是縣城面積本身不大所以其實去縣城裡和古城裡的距離都不太遠，酒店內的健身房倒是設備齊全，如果客人來講排麪來説這家酒店比較好了因為比較氣派和新。
