環境：酒店的位置非常好，商業街的中心位置，大堂也是很高級的樣子。
設施：房間很寬敞，電視略小，和房間不匹配。兩瓶礦泉水免費贈飲。衞生間浴缸上的淋浴不可移動，略有堵塞，導致洗澡時水流是四面八方的噴射，浴缸和衞生間之間沒有拉簾之類的遮擋，洗完澡整個衞生間地面都是存水，且水流並不流向地漏，上廁所特別不安全。
衞生：客房衞生還是不錯的，就住了一晚，第二天去吃早餐的時間就把房間給重新收拾了一下。
服務：早餐種類挺多，早餐體驗不錯。前台服務也很熱情專業。酒店樓下是收費停車場，在前台登記了車牌號第二天出門還是收費狀態，輾轉找前台和停車場保安幾次才免費，雖然衹有十幾塊錢但體驗感降低。

酒店前台需要提供服務意識，態度冷淡。酒店這麼好的位置，如果不加強人員管理，早晚被時代淘汰，希望酒店領導得以重視。

酒店位置在市中心，去慕容街、北塔博物館步行即可。房間很大，設施該有的都有，大落地窗很贊，住着舒適。早餐種類較多，吃着可口。需要吐槽的是，電視太小，與酒店五鑽定位不匹配，且電視信號時有時無，牙刷等常用備品太單薄。
