對於一個經常出差的人來説，這是我住的最不滿意的一次。首先入住的時候明明已經預訂，前台説找不到訂單，應該是忘記錄入，搞了很久。最不滿的是半夜出現震耳欲聾的噪音且持續了一整晚根本沒辦法入睡。打了好多次前台電話都沒有接聽。第二天才知道是那一層的消防通道壞了造成的，其他樓層是不會的。這個情況在他們處理的時候是不是也可以先安排這一層的住客換到其他樓層？據觀察房間完全足夠！一整晚都聽着那麼大的噪音也沒個解釋很嚇人的！而且第二天退房問起，也衹輕飄飄一句不好意思就完事。這服務態度就很不行！
