If you are looking for a quiet hotel in the area well connected to the train station, this is it. Everyone in the hotel were genuinely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and specious, although if you are a non smoker better inform the hotel to prepare a room without the cigarette smell. They have Chinese style breakfast. During the weekdays, with only few guest, there weren't much choice, but everything was good. During weekends with more guests there were a lot of options. Only if they have real coffee, not instant... Hot Springs Area was additionally paid 88 per person, open 14-21. It was a very nice experience, but expect a lot of people during weekends. Unfortunately while inside, you cannot to go to the hotel restaurant to eat something, but you can order waimai. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and big thanks to the front desk staff for all the support 😊

Location not near the tourist attractions but it is near shopping mall so very convenient. New hotel so everything is quite new. Room is big with modern touch. Bed very comfortable. Very good to have free laundry and dryer. The service by the staff is superb especially when we have issue with washing machine. The only complaint is the small breakfast area with rude local customers who snatch tables when we put our stuff on table (still dare to say table don’t have our name) - they can better control table seating.

We were travelling as a party of four people and stayed at Atour Hotel (Chaozhou Ancient City People's Square). All of us were very impressed with the services provided by the hotel staff. Above all, the hotel manager (Ms 青盼) showed meticulous attention to detail in making us feel at home.

Ii recently had the pleasure of staying at Hans XiHu for a three-day trip, and I am thrilled to say that we made the right choice. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that we were in for a fantastic experience. First the hotel is small but clean. Our balcony room was well appointed with modern Chinese accents. This addition was a delightful touch and provides a serene space to relax and rewind after a full day of exploring. The location of the hotel was another highlight. Situated in a busy yet safe area, we found ourselves surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and shops, making it convenient to find dining options and explore the local scene. Additionally, the proximity to a park with a small lake was a delightful surprise. We took advantage of this by enjoying peaceful mornings in the park before embarking on our daily sightseeing activities. One of the standout features of the hotel was the complimentary laundry service. This amenity was a welcome surprise, and we took full advantage of it by submitting 15 pieces of clothing for laundering. To our delight, the laundry was returned to us on the same day, washed and neatly folded. This level of service exceeded our expectations and made our stay even more convenient. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From providing valuable recommendations for local attractions and restaurants to going the extra mile in making reservations for us, their attentiveness and genuine care made our trip more meaningful and memorable. Overall, our experience at Hansi Xihu was highly satisfying. The combination of a clean and comfortable environment, a convenient location, surprising amenities like the complimentary laundry service, and the outstanding service from the front desk staff made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a delightful and personalized experience.

Super super super super good, I booked this hotel with my friend, but it was much better than expected. The attitudes of the two front desk staff and the staff who helped us get the quilt were very good, which increased my impression of Chaozhou by several points. I will recommend it to my friends. The sour plum soup at the front desk is delicious. ...Thanks for upgrading our room type, I wish the staff peace and good luck, you are really great 😄 Facilities: The sink does not have enough paper towels, and the toilet is not smart, but it doesn't affect it hahahaha

The hotel is new and location is great for visiting relatives in the area. Room size is good for 2 pax. Cleanliness is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. They even provide free airport transfer, which is a plus point. The chauffeur is friendly and help us with the luggage. Overall. It was a great experience.

The setting is advanced, clean and comfortable. The girl at the front desk is very nice and helped me upgrade.

The hotel is in a good location, next to a supermarket and many food stores. The front desk service is great, the room is cleaned very cleanly and the cleaning lady even cleans every corner. The parking lot is large and parking is very convenient. After playing here for a few days, I found that the surrounding consumption is much lower than that in the city. I highly recommend staying here!

The room is intelligent and the children like it very much. The service is also very good and warm and thoughtful. Brother Baoan is very friendly to remind that there are not many parking spaces. Try not to drive out at night, otherwise there will be no parking space when you come back.

It's OK. It's my first time in Chaozhou. I thought that old hotels should be more reassuring. They should be newly renovated. The overall style is relatively new. The lobby is also quite grand. There is breakfast but I didn't eat it. It's hard to comment.
