從外地出差過來就隨便定了附近的這家酒店，位置也是很好找的，首先前台服務好，辦理入住很快，看我一路奔波旅途勞累，前台美女還幫升級房間心，很不錯!入住時還送了我小禮品，房間空間也就40多平剛剛好，採光也比較好，想看夜景的可以住高一點的樓層，而且四樓有個露天花園，酒店是有停車場的，出行也很方便，吃飯的地兒也多，開完會去牌坊街逛逛也不錯!還能給朋友帶點伴手禮，衞生乾淨，細節到位，床很舒服，床墊很軟，水壓大，出水快，水温舒適，洗澡舒服，網速快辦公也超方便，很放心，東西都比較齊全，洗衣機都有，因為是住兩天，阿姨也會續住打掃，水不夠喝還可以免費續，後面退房因為車票是下午3點的，這邊還免費給我延遲到一個鐘，太貼心了，下次出差還選擇這家”期待下次入住

Major complaint was cleaning staff entering my room after I left the hotel despite my Do Not Disturb light was on. I was sure it was on because it is my usual practise, and I double-checked it that morning when I left the hotel. And the room service (which I did not expect) was chaotic. Used towels and bath rope were taken without replacement, and unused towels were somehow rearranged. Filled up some disposable utensils but were not tidily placed e.g. the slippers looked like being casually tossed around on the floor. Instantly realized someone had entered my room when I arrived at my room door that evening as I could see the DND light was turned off. Hotel explained that the cleaning staff was unaware of the DND light. How ridiculous! It was deliberately turned off. Worse, how the hotel tried to keep the hassle low key by offering me free bfast or something was disappointing. I don't think the hotel had geniuely tried to understand how I see it as an intrusion, and how unacceptable that was to me. I did not feel safe when I found out someone entered my room against my will. Probably won't visit Chaozhou again and prefer not to stay with Crowne again.
