The service was okay! The rooms were not properly cleaned! Food left in refrigerator! Tub, & floor was not vacuumed or mopped! Blood on the bathroom wall, the sink, & on the tissue holder in the bathroom! I was very disappointed! The guest living @ hotel were fighting all night on the 2nd floor! You pay your money, tell them what side, what floor, & they still put you in dirty room, & obnoxious guest!

The man charged me for smoking but when I checked in the other man said I could smoke outside & that’s what I done & when I checked out he lied & said I was smoking in the room I will not be back ever.

The room does not look like the pictures you find on internet. It was the most filthy hotel room we have ever been. There was too much noise, there was a female pad on the toilette, there was a brush, too much dust, a lot of air entered from the outside because the door was not properly placed. There was no drinking water.

Run from this hotel, bugs bugs bugs in the room. No cleaning, smelling cigarettes everywhere, bad food at breakfast. No service, even for one night do not go there. It is a very bad condition building and bad service. I want my money back!!!!

Booked a two night stay, Stayed one night as they did not service the room. Maid was next door servicing the room adjacent . But never did my room. No clean towels, they were all on the floor as the hotel has no place to hang towels in the bathroom, and the instructions where to put your towels on the floor and new ones would be put out. Bed was not done either. There was no toilet paper, or toiletries. I had spent the entire day at the World of Outlaws dirt track and lets say, I was wearing half the dirt back from the track and needed to take a shower to get all the dirt out. Wasn't happening. And every-time I returned back to my room, I had to go back to front desk to get key card reprogrammed. I was on the 3rd floor all the way at the end of the foyer. Breakfast was just waffles and pastries no meat, they did have hard boiled eggs that were cold , but they had a sign on the microwave saying you couldn't heat them.

Elevator, hallways and room was dirty. Homeless people staying in the area and did not feel safe. Breakfast was very basic and some items were not restocked. You get what you pay for and next time I will pay more for a cleaner and safer hotel.

There were bugs in the windows and in the coffee maker in the rooms. There was a massive hole in the roof in the bathroom. We didn’t sleep at all because of how loud the people upstairs were. We could hear every single thing that was happening. We needed up leaving a day earlier because we couldn’t handle it anymore and would rather drive 7 hours back home early than stay there another night.

The hotel is a great price and that’s about it. Rooms and bathrooms were dirty. Both rooms I booked had an odd unpleasant smell. Not at all what the pictures on the site look like. Staff was always very helpful.

Hallway, front door, and elevator dirty. Bathroom had hair behind the door from prior guest. Cockroach found in the room. Sink was chipped. Internet was slow when connected it had no service. Once it ask to connect again, did t try again.

The room was super clean, breakfast nothing special (mainly carbs) this property is more geared towards staycation than vacation. This is due to the location being away from the downtown area, in the needs improvement part of town. Not a crime area by any means .

Clean room nice bathroom. I would stay again without hesitation. Best to pay deposit with cash if you need it back right after checkout. I would recommend to stay here with a great rate. Always will be my go to hotel.

Stayed overnight during a road-trip. Newly renovated room, comfortable bed with nice sheets, desk and chair. The bathroom was a bit small but that goes with the age of the building. Good value, good breakfast.

- Good Location - Competitive pricing - Differing foul odors throughout the building. - Unintelligible spoken English by all staff encountered - Building in disrepair throughout - Stick film on all surfaces - Breakfast completely unavailable by 9am

Terrible experience , the hotel didn’t match the pictures. There was trash, everywhere, and kids running around screaming and yelling. The staff had terrible attitude in services never will come back here again. I originally booked for four days and left in two and a half. So you be the judge

We ended up not staying at this hotel. They wanted to charge a $100 deposit on top of the nightly rate and when we asked to see proof of that policy- they couldn't find it. The room looked more like a crack den than a hotel. The staff was so rude. The room smelled like stale smoke and sitting water. The sink didn't drain. There were holes in the walls and mysterious stains everywhere. When they asked us if we're paying in cash- things started to make sense. We have travelled a lot and I have never had such a gross experience. If you have respect for yourself and your family- stay somewhere else.
