Chose this place based on location and price. Don't expect a classy venue. The room was clean enough and in fairly decent condition. Comfortable bed, quiet HVAC. Our room was on the side of a main highway, so there was road noise. Friendly staff.

Outrageously loud
Impossible to sleep as they put me in a room next to the restaurant. There were several car alarms, slamming doors, and people having full volume conversations outside my door. I requested a room change and they allowed me to move to another room around 1 am. Still loud, people talking outside talking incredibly loud. Went to take an exam at 7 am with no sleep at all. I requested and got a late check out. Tried take a nap after my exam, only to have multiple staff members knock on my door multiple times to ask why I hadn’t checked out. One of them confirmed I had a late check out, the next one simply wrote it down and left. By this point I realized it was impossible to rest in that place, got my things and left before my checkout time.

We had a great stay. Room was spotless, staff was friendly, the attached cafe was phenominal! They even had a gazebo in the pool area. This will be our go to spot in Chattanooga!

Given the cost of a room nightly ($62) I don't think you have much to complain about. I mean you get what you pay for I had a comfortable bed, and a great shower. The room was somewhat drabby looking but hey ...anyway, there was a great place to eat on Property. The City Cafe. Open from 0700 AM to 1230 AM. Excellent food, good prices. Hotel did not have Ice Machines. It had a cooler in the lobby but the ice was always (except once) melted.

Check in was a breeze, no hassle. Needed extra care in parking and the night clerk was awesome! The room was nice, nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. We have stayed here several times and will do so again. This hotel has a restaurant connected and is very good. Try it!

Exceptional Service by the staff. We give the Motel 10 stars for excellence. We give the City Cafe zero stars for Customer Service. Way to many Restaurants around the Motel to spend your hard earned money with Than anyone with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Needed a room for a quick sleep during a road trip - didn’t even realize it was a motel and was not up to what I consider BW standards. First thing I saw was a bug crawling over the furniture. The shower and plumbing were extremely weak. Mold on the curtains. Staff was fine and the air conditioning worked at least. The diner that is connected but not affiliated was fantastic.
