Mercure Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport Reviews

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Like before, the stay in this hotel has been nothing short of amazing and great!🫰 Firstly, the airport pick up service who Yuki assisted me to arrange the day before went smoothly. Upon early arrival of my flight and I requested for earlier pick up, I called the hotel and Penny politely assisted me to liase with the driver for earlier airport pickup. Airport pick up takes 20 minutes one way. It's a pleasant experience. Secondly, the front desk was smooth, helpful and good. Penny checked me in and Yuki and another colleague checked me out the next morning. All of them were so lovely and awesome. Penny offered a free room upgrade for me and I was more than happy and touched. 🩵 Thirdly, the room was again, clean, fantastic, all functioning and spotless. Love the toilet to have so many high tech modern features such as controllers for the toilet bowl. All drinks in the fridge and drawer of the room were free of charge too! Fourthly, if you wish to wash your clothes there's a free self service laundry service and the second floor next to the gym. It has one dryer and a washing machine. There's an instruction on the wall on how to operate and no detergent is required. Simple to use! Gym facility is free to use and simple yet adequate as well for anyone who wishes to burn some fats after feasting on delicious Sichuan delicacies. Lastly, the breakfast spread was again, as delicious as before. There's wide varieties of food and a cosy ambience for one to eat. Overall, I would definitely love to come back again if I have flights to and from Chengdu Shuangliu airport. All of the staff are a gem to the hotel and the hotel facilitates are superb. It's worth it.🩵🫰🥺

The hotel has a business car for free airport pick-up and drop-off, and it is very convenient to make reservations in advance. The subway entrance is right outside the door, and it is convenient to go anywhere. There are many things to eat, drink and have fun around. The environment in the store is high-end and atmospheric, the fragrance is very good, the airport pick-up and the front desk lady are gentle and beautiful, and they actively introduce travel-related information. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, there are many free breakfast varieties, and the key price is not expensive. It is recommended to stay, and I will book again next time I come to Chengdu on a business trip. 100 points for praise!

Checked in at the end of October, convenient location, convenient airport pick-up and drop-off. Friendly staff. But the air conditioner had a problem, the temperature kept rising at night, and the air conditioner was completely out of control. I couldn't stand it in the early morning, so I had to ask the staff for help, and they could only provide a fan to assist, and the noise was obvious. Although the small window was opened, the temperature in the room was still significantly higher than the corridor until the next day after breakfast. Because the air conditioner could not ventilate and cool down, the toilet with seat heating function was even hotter than a sauna. I wanted to change rooms, but was told that it was a problem with the central air conditioner, and they had received a lot of feedback recently. If the situation in other rooms is the same, I really wonder how other guests can stand it? Although the temperature did rise on the day I went, the air conditioner became a decoration, and even the reverse temperature rise was speechless. I didn't fall asleep until after 4 o'clock in the morning! ! As a result, I felt quite sleepy the next day. After checking out, the staff contacted me in time to ask someone to repair it urgently, and reported the repair situation to me. At that time, I had moved to Mercure in the city, and everything was working normally. In the end, I couldn't confirm whether their repairs were effective. . As compensation, the staff was willing to offer me a free room upgrade for my next stay, but it didn't seem to be of much use.

Airport pick-up: Very suitable for tourists going to the airport. The earliest car is 5 am. They will also provide a breakfast for the way. The hotel room is very quiet, the front desk service is warm, and they will call guests in advance. It is recommended to stay. The price is reasonable and cost-effective.

I stayed overnight during a transit flight. When I checked in the day before, I said that I would make an appointment to be picked up at the airport the next morning. Maybe my voice was too quiet, and the check-in lady didn't hear it (it's my fault for being careless. If she heard it, she should have verified the information with me). The room was very clean and quiet. When I ordered takeout, a robot delivered it to the door~ I went to the front desk at 5:50 the next morning and found that there was no reservation information for me. The front desk immediately helped me contact the driver to ask if he was in the hotel, and then arranged to pick him up at the airport. The driver came in a short while! Because it was not yet breakfast time, he prepared milk, bread and fruit for me. Unfortunately, it was too early and I couldn't eat, so I only took milk. The driver was always on call in the early morning and was very polite. The front desk also gently said thank you to the driver. Chengdu is really gentle!

The hotel will send a car to pick up the airport. The driver is very nice and the experience is very good👍. Service: The hotel called in advance to communicate the details of the check-in, and specially praised the beautiful girl Xiuxiu who contacted me, who was considerate and caring.
