Ibis Hotel (Chengdu Taikoo Li Chunxi New) Reviews

Room is very big. Near to foid amd shopping street chunxi road, IFS, Taikoo Li. Staffs are very friendly. Easy to take didi.

Good value, location, good size room. friendly and helpful staffs,perhaps could do with safe box inside rooms!

Greeted by friendly hotel staffs when we checked in. Hotel room is spacious, comfy 2 twin beds. There’s also a sofa & coffee table, overlooking the main road. But that make a little noisy, but I’m okay with it Bathroom is big enough & water pressure is excellent. Come with a refrigeration & 2 cans of soft drink & 2 bottles of water everyday. One thing is room service never change our bed sheets for 7 nights. Guess I should have requested them to do so. But overall stay is pleasant & location is superb, within distance to the pedestrian walking street ChunXi, tai koo li and IFS. I’ll come back again for sure.

I did not find this hotel to be in the heart of Taikoo Li / Chunxi Road, however it is a short inexpensive didi ride away from the heart of Chunxi/IFS mall. The walkable nearby mall by Evergrande was deserted. Hotel breakfast is decent for a small set-up. Room is comfortable and we had a good rest on the comfortable firm bed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Note:- This Ibis shared ths same building with Mercure but Mercure has more freebies, eg hagen daz ice cream.

Room is quite big, but no fridge in room. Toilet floor is very slippery after shower despite putting floor mat and closing the shower door, quite dangerous.

Convenient location. Easy to walk to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. Staff is helpful and friendly. Room is large and very clean. Highly recommend. Will stay here again next time!

The room is hugh but can smell smoking in the room although requested for non smoking room. However, the hotel let us choose alternative room and help to spray air freshener.

Services at the front desk was excellent and friendly. Complimentary buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of varieties

Spacious room, great location, friendly staff. Giving a big compliment for front desk staff Miss 黄 who is extremely helpful, attentive and efficient. She practises a great deal of flexibility by helping us to check in early and complete the check in procedures in less than 2 minutes. Will definitely recommend this hotel to whoever travelling to Chengdu ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The door of restroom cannot lock because it is does not fit inside the frame. Location far from Chunxi Road Metro Station which hard to walk with luggage. WIFI need to contact with reception at the lobby to help to connect WIFI beacuse WIFI Guidence in the room cannot usage in the practical.

Overall the stay in this hotel is very pleasant and location is the best as it is very strategic and within all the tourist attractions. The front desk is very hospitality, friendly and helpful.. I want to take this time to thank them- 王佳，鹿金凤,陈科宇& 荣嘉厅.. they helped a lot during our stays with Iblis ! Kudos to all of you! Breakfast is simple but nice ..

The hotel is located in a very strategic location, within walking distance to ChunXi Road and Tai Koo Li. There are also many restaurants nearby. The front desk staff are very helpful. Additionally, they offer free breakfast and laundry services here

I love this hotel’s location: it’s right in the heart of Chengu. You can walk to Chunxi road in 5 minutes. The amneities are well maintained. At night, there are many food stalls acroos the road.

We were upgraded to a bigger room on arrival which made our trip comfortable . Amenities like washing machine and dryer ,gym was provided free. The hotel is also walking distance to chunsi pedestrian street and lined with restaurants and malls.
