差差差，雖然酒店給了處理方式但是我還是要發，1.新包裝牙刷打開之後上面有頭髮，我嚴重懷疑牙刷在回收，很噁心很噁心。2.床單也是破的，五星級酒店呀怎麼會出現如此嚴重的事件，酒店總經理態度很不友好，這樣的酒店讓人心裏都有了陰影，尤其是牙刷這個東西是大家進口腔的東西，上面有頭髮。
