Found this to be outstanding hotel with great service and character it stands to its name and great value

Our six-day family vacation at the Renhe Spring Hotel was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, especially for our two young children. They even surprised us with a free room upgrade, making our spacious accommodations even more luxurious. But what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional dining experience. Carrie, the restaurant manager, and Betty, the restaurant supervisor, made every breakfast and dinner a feast for the senses. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Their warm and attentive service made us feel like cherished guests. We can't thank the entire team enough for making our vacation unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

Very well maintained facilities and friendly staff. We stayed at Renhe 7 years ago and there is not a single sign of fading. The bathroom, bedding and everything are clean. Cao Tang and Juan Hua Xi Park are within walking distance. The breakfast buffet selection is great and they even change their menu partially every day. The mall is not as busy as it used to be, but plenty of food choices nearby.

We have an amazing hospitality in the past 5 days. Ken (小康) and the entire service crew team had been providing a 5 stars services during our stay. We arrived hotel at 8.30 am after a long haul flight from Rome. Ken and front desk staff helped us to check in earlier so that we could take some rest. Good Job!

The room is very comfortable and comes with red wine. It has a great atmosphere. Thanks to Manager Hu for not only upgrading my room type for free, but also sending me fruits when I arrived. He also stored my luggage for free when I checked out the next day. Special thanks 🤓🤓🤓🤓. Next time I come to Chengdu, I will choose this hotel again.

This time, I stayed at the famous Renhe Spring Hotel in Chengdu. The housekeeper, Xiaoshu Mia, contacted in advance and prepared the room according to my preferences. The service attitude of all the staff from check-in to check-out was excellent! It gave me a kind feeling [strong] The room was quiet, clean and elegant. Suitable for long-term stay! Shopping and entertainment are also very convenient! I will come here often, haha.

The breakfast is of high quality, with a wide variety and good service; the bedding is comfortable, and the hot and cold water in the bath is temperature-controlled, so it won't be too cold or too hot; the toiletries are from L'Occitane; the overall cleanliness is reassuring; the Western and Chinese restaurants allow you to enjoy high-quality dining without leaving your home; it's a high-quality hotel that is both interior and exterior.

The hotel is luxuriously decorated, the room facilities are complete, the supplies are high-end and make guests feel very comfortable, the environment is very clean and hygienic, the service is warm, thoughtful and meticulous, it is the first choice for business travelers.

Every time I go to Chengdu, I like to stay in this hotel. This time, I didn't see any trace of history. The equipment maintenance is very good. Although the cloakroom light couldn't be turned off in the middle of the night, two people came to deal with it in less than 5 minutes. The response speed is too fast. Thank you! The layout of Spring Court seems to have been slightly adjusted, and the caring service remains unchanged.
