Yy is So Good The staff are very friendly and the rooms are very confortable! We love our days in Chengdu!!

Super convenient location as it is just next to Tianfu Square - you can easily have access to metro and many eateries. The hotel is very new and modern. Room is spacious and fully-equiped. Their laundry room is also a plus point. All staff are super helpful and friendly. This is a very value for money choice of hotel in Chengdu. Highly recommended for everyone.

The room facilities are good, complete, clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly. The overall experience of staying in the hotel is very good. The location is very convenient. The experience of staying there is good. The Tianfu Square is downstairs.

Great location , the center of many places. Good service, cleanliness room. Cute panda theme decorations. The time we stayed is on the China National day , the hotel also decorated in National day theme as well. It’s nice to see the important event of the country. Thank you for helpful staff and housekeeper and storage the luggage for us. But the smell of smoking and the guest can smoke at the same area of the lobby might be not okay for the other guests who is not smoke. The atmosphere of/around the building is a con- because the building is quite old with under renovate ,construction and the passage around the building is dark at night time.

Great location right on the edge of Tianfu Square, within walking distance to Chunxi Lu, People’s Park, and Kuanzhai Alleys. Special thanks to 小玲 and 小… we forgot his name but the young man at the front desk. For great service! :)

This is a lovely hotel in a good spot across from Tianfu Square. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. I loved my room and the service from YY was exceptional. Thank you for sorting out the problem. Also I don’t speak Mandarin so was having a hard time booking tours - thank you to YY’s colleague for sorting out a tour for me, the wonderful travel agent who came up from downstairs, the fantastic tour guide and to all of you for making my stay in Chengdu so enjoyable. I love China 🇨🇳 so so much. Thank you YY!

Highly recommend Hazen Hotel! Good location near Tianfu Metro station. Friendly and helpful staff. Also have free afternoon tea snacks and evening dessert for consumption.

The receptionist was very enthusiastic and the thoughtful service left a deep impression. I will still choose this hotel next time and the location is convenient near Tianfu Square Station (Exit E), the room is comfortable and hygienic, and they are willing to provide all kinds of help. Appreciated with helping us to solve the problem of taxi booking. Especially the receptionist name “Xiao Ling”, she is very supportive and good service mind. Thank you!

Super excellent location, just right beside the metro station - Tianfu Square. Less than 5 mins walk. And easily accessible from the airport. The hotel is clean and is very new too. Totally enjoyed my stay and will highly recommend anyone to book this hotel when visiting Chengdu!
