We had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi Taikoo Li for one night, and our experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the seamless and efficient check-in process. The staff was exceptionally professional and welcoming, ensuring we felt at ease right away. Situated in the heart of Chengdu, it is conveniently close to the vibrant Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, two of the city’s most popular spots for shopping, dining, and entertainment. This prime location made it incredibly easy to explore the surrounding attractions and fully immerse ourselves in the energy of Chengdu. In summary, our stay at Mercure Chengdu Chunxi Taikoo Li was truly exceptional. From the outstanding service to the thoughtful complimentary amenities and prime location, every aspect of our visit was carefully curated to ensure a memorable experience. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu and look forward to returning in the future.

Housekeeping done a great job, front desk staffs are helpful.They been helpful with my parcel order. As foreigners, we really need some of their guidance. Bedroom is comfy, and the water heater n pressure are good too. Only a little transparency on the shower glass, which I noticed this is a norm thing in china. But my preference is still hope the frosted glass can be re enfored . Location is a plus. About 10 minutes to chunxi train station. I will still stay this hotel if I were to go again.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the IFS and Taikoo Li check-in places. The staff's attitude and service are very good. They are very enthusiastic. When checking in, the front desk will pour a cup of rose tea, which is freshly brewed. It is very good. The breakfast hours are also very nice, from 7:00 to 10:00. When we went downstairs to have breakfast at 10:00, it was still open, and we could still eat. This is still good. The breakfast is buffet-style, with both Chinese and Western food. The variety looks good, and the taste is also good. The room is clean, and the bathroom with the shower is dry and wet separated. Overall, it is worth recommending.

It's great that they allow early check-in, and the process was very quick. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast offers a variety of choices and tastes good. The location is convenient, and the service is friendly. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, excellent and clean room. Very spacious. Excellent location, just 5min to chunxi road. I was considering another hotel but decided on Atour. Really correct decision, excellent breakfast and affordable price. Hotel even provide free supper, simple but comfort food. Will definitely book again. We are so happy with everything , hope to come again

Check in was smooth & fast. But I believe they did not do a clear check/maintenance to the rooms. Amenities in the rooms were half used or empty bottles. Aircon vent started dripping water within 6 hours of check in, in a particular room toilet only which is harder to spot due to the marble flooring. But maintenance team came up quite quickly to fix it. Even tho the whole entire floor was ours but the service staffs just tapped their cards to enter when we were all inside which is a major lack in privacy. (Because only 1 room was able to hear the doorbell ring, the middle room which was quite far from both doors) 林恩国际酒店大堂经理贺向利 He’s amazing, help us settled quite a number of things & is contactable via WeChat even when he’s not on duty.

The location of the hotel is super good and convenient for me to go my favourite places that I want especially it is just located at Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street and the Chuxi Road subway station is also just less than 5 mins walking distance. The hotel staff is very friendly and the cleanliness of the room has met my acceptable level👍. I also like the complimentary supper provided by the hotel to the guests as their porridge is really super nice!👍I will definitely stay this hotel again during my next visit to Chengdu🐼🐼!

We had a wonderful experience at the Minyoun Hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. For the duration of our stay, we enjoyed the breakfast because there were different options each day. More importantly, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable as well. The location of the hotel is near the river where there is a plethora of local food street vendors and restaurants as well as karaoke bars. I recommend any traveler to stay at the Minyoun while visiting Chengdu!!

Very good hotel in location which is very close to IFS building. It is behind the COSMOS building which might be a bit tricky to find. But if visitor use Amap, it will be quite ok to walk to hotel. This help to catch the airport bus at early morning in walking distance. Variety of food has been provided. Room is quite spacious. Location is close to shopping area and very close to the subway which allow me to go everywhere easily.
