Chengdu Hotels with Wi-Fi

Nice hotel , good value . We received a nice welcome from the front staff, Miss He. Got even Häagen-Dazs ice-cream although the scoop is a little small :)and a cup of tea and a welcome fruit platter . Location is good , with recommendations of good hotpot restaurants from Miss He. Breakfast selection is adequate and good quality . There were a lot of customers but luckily the breakfast area is big enough to not feel too crowded . There is a laundromat floor free to use , which is very handy . The only complaint we had was the long wait for the lifts during peak hours in the morning . Will recommend this hotel for a city stay.

My friend came to visit China from the U.K. and we booked two rooms. My boyfriend and I stayed in one and my friend had the room next door. Both rooms were excellent, quite large and equipped with all necessities. The bed was really comfortable and a robot even came to give us a welcome basket of fruit and snacks. The location is excellent, within biking distance from anywhere you’d want to see; Wenshu monastery, tai koo Lee, ifs etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful, provided us with tea when waiting for a didi and let us keep our bags behind the reception which allowed us to go out for the day before our afternoon train home. I would definitely recommend staying here again

The hotel is at walking distance from the People's park and Tianfu square. While walking from the subway station is possible, it is not so comfortable if one has heavy luggage. The area has some shops/restaurants (I recommend dinner at the hot pot restaurant on the main cross road near the hotel) but the hotel street is not a busy commercial street. By walking a little more, one can reach Kuan Alley. The hotel itself is pleasant and also pleasantly smells orange. They provide free orange juice at the reception and candies in the room. The room was modern, clean, and the space adequate though not with the best view from the window. We particularly liked the free self-service laundry. English is not spoken, but checkin/checkout were smooth with mobilephone translation, and the staff was friendly.

Amazing! We chose this hotel for its prime location and promising facilities, amenities and views. Our room was clean and very spacious for a family of 3. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub - there’s even a sauna here. Having a washing machine and drier in the room made it convenient for us to wash and dry our wet clothes from swimming. Our stay here was worth every penny. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Chengdu.

The sales manager Anthony did a great job! He’s professional in what he’s doing, super friendly and caring. He did a great hotel tour to introduce the brand and all the facilities. I love my stay experience there indeed! Also credit to the lovely lady Icy at the reception.

The free laundry service provided by Home Inn is a great benefit during the trip. Whether you are on a business trip or traveling, staying here is as convenient as your own home. The staff are very enthusiastic and the laundry is done very quickly, allowing me to concentrate on enjoying the trip without worrying about these trivial matters. I am really grateful for such a good service and will come again in the future! 

⭐Value⭐: I originally wanted to find a hotel closer to Tianfu Airport and East Station on Ctrip, but I accidentally found that this hotel had an event for the executive king room, and it was only 1499 for three days and two nights, and it also gave many benefits (afternoon tea, happy hour, tickets to the panda base and one-way special car), so I happily decided to stay here. Since it will be upgraded to Hilton next month, some facilities are being renovated, but it will not affect the rest. Cindy (should be this name, I asked other staff, a lady with glasses) at the front desk of the hotel provided warm and thoughtful service, and also helped us upgrade to a deluxe suite. Thank you! However, as an honest reviewer, I am still a little dissatisfied with some small details. First, there are disposable toilet seat glue marks left by previous guests on the toilet seat, which cannot be seen with the naked eye. I only found it when I wiped the toilet seat with alcohol cotton pads. Second, as a hotel that is about to be upgraded to an international five-star brand hotel, the service attitude of the staff needs to be strengthened. It seems that few staff will take the initiative to greet each other when they meet. I hope to improve their awareness in this regard in the future.

The hotel opened not long ago and is very new. It is one of the buildings in a circular complex. The rooms facing the inner courtyard are quiet but face the office building. There are many choices of light meals, tea and coffee downstairs, and the newly opened Poly Commercial Street is opposite. It has strong business attributes and is in a good location for those who like to check in and explore shops. It is next to the outer ring highway and can reach Shuangliu within 20 minutes and Tianfu within 1 hour. The subway is a short walk away. The room has a washing machine, the kitchenware is brand new and of good quality, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the external V9 equipment downstairs for the gym and swimming pool is very complete and new; Marni service is enthusiastic; very cost-effective!

The service attitude of Xiaolong and Xiaozhang at the front desk was very good. On the day of check-in, he also sent snacks and fruit tea. I called twice to deliver things during the stay. The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel room is clean and tidy and has no smell. The bed is very good and I slept well. There are also snacks downstairs. It’s also very convenient for traveling frequently. Recommended
