GGuest UserThis is hands down the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed at under the Huazhu Group! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and even the cleaning staff I encountered in the elevator greeted me warmly.
The breakfast was delicious, especially the *chaoshou* (spicy wontons)! I was pleasantly surprised to find they even offered *bingfen* (a local jelly dessert). The restaurant's ambiance was beautiful, making dining a real pleasure.
I was very satisfied with both the bedding and the shampoo provided. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Chongqing.

11381338****The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Jiefangbei and Hongya Cave are just a few minutes' walk away. The room facilities are very new, and both the mattress and pillows are extremely comfortable. The breakfast offers a rich variety, with many choices of both Chinese and Western dishes. The service attitude is very warm-hearted ❤️. My stay experience was perfect 💯, I highly recommend it!

HHapppiestAbsolutely amazing experience at Regent Hotel. We arrived in the early hours exhausted. Greeted warmly by the bell boy and immediately assisted us with the luggage. Swift check-in, our luggage were already in our room before we know it. Our room has fantastic view of the river and Hongyadong, even when in the bethtub the view is amazing. The room attendant kept our room neat and sparkling clean everyday. Their laundry service is top-notch, less than 3mins of calling the help desk the house keeping attendant is at our door step to pick up our laundry and also to return the clean ones. Not forgetting to mention the spread of the breakfast, delish!!! Definitely will choose Regent Hotel if we ever go Chongqing again.

ZZitongziThe suite has a living room and a bedroom, and the room is well-organized with a great view of the Yangtze River, perfect for enjoying the night scenery. The bathroom facilities are pretty good. The suite also has cooking facilities, a refrigerator, and a washing machine, making it suitable for those who need them. The soundproofing is a bit mediocre; I could hear loud talking, though I'm not sure if it was from upstairs or next door. Breakfast was just okay, shared with a few other hotels. The location is excellent, and the service was good too.

When traveling with family, what matters most isn't luxury, but rather feeling safe and comfortable. From the moment we checked in, this hotel slowly put all our worries at ease. The staff were friendly and patient, never rushing or pressuring us, and always willing to explain things further, which was a huge plus for someone traveling with family.
Throughout our stay, whether it was at the front desk or with room service, we could feel their attentiveness. When we encountered issues, they listened carefully and genuinely helped resolve them, instead of just brushing them off. They were also very kind to our children and respectful to our elders, making us feel like our entire family was well taken care of.
The room was clean, tidy, and spacious enough that our family didn't feel cramped. We could rest well at night and truly relax when we returned during the day. It didn't feel like a temporary stopover; it felt like a safe haven to settle down in during our trip.
After a few days, I felt calm and relaxed, and we created many beautiful memories with our family. For me, a good hotel doesn't just provide accommodation; it makes the journey more gentle and pleasant.

We received complimentary drinks at the revolving restaurant on the 29th floor, which had a great atmosphere. The hotel's location is super convenient; it's just a three-minute walk to the subway station, and there are tons of restaurants right downstairs, making it incredibly easy to find food, drinks, and entertainment.

GGary SeetThe hotel might seem a little aged at first but the service and interior still wow from the first moment you step in. The room I booked was clean and spacious. The housekeeping did their job excellent. They have everything inside you could ask; washing detergent, iron, laundry rack, etc. Front desk was superb; fast check-in, great advice when asking for recommendations, and efficient when asking for items like extra water. The robot was a great thing to have as all my delivery are sent to my doorstep. All in all, this is a 10/10 solid stay. Oh, the breakfast have a great great selection and taste great too. And there is vending machine in lobby if u need any last minute groceries or even a wake up coffee. Thank you.

The facilities are bursting with artistic flair, and the service is so attentive I want to give it full marks. It really lives up to its reputation as a hidden gem under Marriott!
As soon as I entered the lobby, I was blown away! The red and black French retro design, coupled with collaborative oil paintings from art institutions, and the iconic red piano 🎹 – every photo looks like it's from an art gallery. The faint sandalwood scent in the air instantly soothed my travel fatigue. The room decor was incredibly thoughtful, with Le Méridien's unique longitude and latitude headboard a very memorable touch.
I have to specifically praise the service! I'd called ahead to mention it was my birthday, and they decorated the room – such a pleasant surprise! The front desk lady checked me in super fast, and when she saw I had luggage, she proactively helped me carry it. As a Marriott member, I also received welcome fruits and local Chongqing snacks.
The facilities are impeccable! They've recently updated the toilets, and the wallpaper is really nice. After a workout, you can even head to the Latitude 29 Lobby Bar for a seasonal cocktail. The hotel is right next to Nanchuan Metro Station, a 2-minute walk to Wanda Plaza, making it incredibly convenient to explore Jiefangbei and Hongyadong by monorail. The location is absolutely fantastic~
Although the hotel has been around for some years, the facilities are superbly maintained – you can't see any signs of age! From the art-filled public areas to the thoughtful amenities in the rooms, and the consistently excellent service, the value for money is just outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chongqing 🫣🫣
