"Very suitable hotel for leisure vacation, the front desk lady has a good service attitude, I can't find the parking lot, she patiently guided me to park, the lake view of the room is simply amazing, the floor-to-ceiling windows are very beautiful and you can see the whole Fuxian Lake (recommend the 180-degree full lake view room), there are many restaurants downstairs, it is very convenient to eat, the Moon Bay scenic area opposite has a Sanya feel, after checking in, ask the hotel for a park card and you can enter the park for free, there is a white sand beach in the park where you can take your children to play in the sand, and take pictures. It is recommended to travel off-peak, the cost performance is really high, this time I stayed in the most cost-effective hotel in Fuxian Lake."

The decoration style of the homestay is unique, integrating local cultural characteristics, making people feel as if they are in another world. The room is spacious, well-lit, and the scenery outside the window is breathtaking. The homestay also has a viewing terrace where you can enjoy the starry sky at night, which is so romantic. The owner is a very interesting person. He shared with us a lot of stories about the B&B and the local customs and practices, which gave us a deeper understanding of this place. Staying here for a few days, I felt as comfortable as at home. It was truly an unforgettable accommodation experience. The room was tastefully decorated and every item was placed just right. The food at the B&B is also very good, with fresh ingredients and authentic Cantonese and Japanese food. The service attitude of the staff is very good, enthusiastic and considerate, making people feel very comfortable. I have stayed here twice in a row. The experience is great.

I was quite nervous at first, but I was very satisfied with the stay. The room is ocean-themed, large and clean. The view from the balcony is OK. Although you can see the construction site, you can also see the lake view. It is very quiet and you can sleep well at night. I originally booked only one night, but later extended it for another night. It is still recommended for family travel~

Cleanliness: The hygiene was quite good.
Environment: The hotel is located in Xiaowan Village, offering beautiful scenery and a quiet location. You can enjoy views of Fuxian Lake from the room.
Service: We arrived by car around 9:30 PM. Unable to find parking, we contacted the hotel, and a staff member warmly greeted us at the entrance. However, due to the New Year's Eve crowds, there wasn't enough parking, so we had to park elsewhere. The hotel promised to cover the parking fee. After checking out, I showed them the parking payment screenshot, and they asked for my QR code for payment. However, from check-out at 10:30 AM until I got home at 9:00 PM, I still hadn't received the reimbursed parking fee.
Complimentary fruit, tea, Americano coffee: Since we arrived late, I didn't have coffee at night and asked the hotel if I could have it the next morning. They agreed, stating coffee was available from 8 AM to 11 PM. However, when I messaged them at 8:30 AM the next day asking for two coffees, they said they would deliver them at 10 AM. They were never delivered, even by 10:30 AM check-out. The other fruits and tea were also not provided.
Overall, the hotel's environment, cleanliness, and breakfast were good, but the service attitude was quite casual. They failed to deliver on their promise to cover the parking fee (20 RMB) and provide the complimentary coffee.

WWongI searched many B&B hotels in Fuxian Lake on the platform, but this B&B hotel is very clean, the room is large, and the price is not expensive. I booked it for 2 nights first, and then stayed for 2 more nights. I am a light sleeper. , you can't hear the sound of cars on the road, and the sound insulation is very good. I live on the 9th floor. The staff of this B&B hotel are very friendly and answer all questions. The hotel is easy to find. I can buy a car on site at the passenger terminal opposite Kunming South Station. The ticket costs 50 yuan to go directly to Moon Bay Wetland Park. It takes 5 minutes to get off the car and reach the hotel. We also upgraded to a half-side lake view room. You can enjoy the lake view of Fuxian Lake without leaving the room. There are many restaurants around, and there is one underground room in the hotel. There are snack bars all over the floor, so you don’t have to worry about breakfast, lunch and dinner. You don’t need to order breakfast at the hotel. The bus is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. It is very convenient to go to various attractions. It takes 25 minutes to get to Chengjiang City by bus or take a taxi. Within 20 yuan, take a bus from Chengjiang Passenger Terminal to Kunming Southern Bus Terminal and Subway Station. The fare is 20 yuan and it takes 1 hour to arrive. It is very convenient. Fuxian Lake is worth visiting. I will visit Fuxian Lake next time. Choose this hotel first
