I visited this place for the third time. The last two times were good, but this time was quite disappointing. The curtains were broken, and the bed was not clean at all. The balcony door wouldn’t close properly. When we ordered food, it was delayed by an hour. When we called to follow up, they had completely forgotten about the order and had to take it again. There was also a major issue with water bottles we weren’t receiving them on time despite repeated requests. When we asked the receptionist whether the property was fully booked, she said no. So we couldn’t understand why everything was taking so long. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience not at all worth the money
