Holiday Inn Express Chester - Racecourse Reviews

Very good location and just few minutes’ walk to town centre, clean and tidy hotel; but staff forgot to prepare the sofa bed before arrival; and had to asked again in late evening

Clean , comfortable, good breakfast & close to all amenities . Given room 126 think for light sleeper as the nearest room to the busy road , didn't bother us as we had enough drinks to sleep , great view of the race coarse on other side. Parking was £10 on hotel site therefore easy to get in & out .

Good and convenient and close to city centre. I will highly recommend to those who come to Chester for a weekend trip

Hotel is located 2min walk from the main streets,, also on the edge of race course, parking additional £10/ night. Staff are attentive. Offered us an extra night stay an amazing price. Breakfast was fresh self service, gain staff were great. Clean room and comfortable bed too!

Great value for money! The location was very convenient and the amenities were fantastic in a spacious room.

Nice hotel in a great location. Easy access to touristy areas. Would recommend. If you are looking for a place for just sleeping and putting your bags then I highly recommend the hotel.

Very nice place

Rather grubby. Our room had a sofa bed and was to dirty to sit on as a sofa. Bedroom was dusty and big cobwebs in various places around the hotel.

My son got married at the Racecourse so this was an ideal location. Room was very clean, breakfast was very good and staff very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Had an AMAZING time at this hotel, came in and out late, around 1am and the staff were still there to open the gates, had a beautiful breakfast, all you can eat buffet style. The room was spacious, comfortable bed, would highly recommend.
