Couldn't find the hotel. Called but couldn't get through. Called several times but couldn't get through, so had to stay somewhere else. Wasted money for nothing. Another day, called but could get through. Tried calling but the owner spoke rudely, said it was the customer's fault that the call couldn't get through. Didn't try to find the hotel. Didn't follow the pin (we followed the pin but couldn't see it. The reason we rushed to find the hotel was because we had children with us. Just wanted to ask why the number provided didn't get through but the hotel said the phone was fine. How could it be fine when the call couldn't get through? It would be good to have another backup number.

Good service, very friendly, feels like staying at a relative's house. The location is near the walking street, near the Mekong River, there are many restaurants and convenience stores around. Came to stay with a friend, we reserved a room with 3 beds, very ok, felt like sleeping in a house like people from other provinces. But the room is not soundproof. Because it is a wooden room The shared bathrooms are clean and have Ovaltine coffee, which you can serve yourself.
