House and Home Residence

Chiang Mai|2.99km from Le Best Thai Massage and Spa
Stay again for sure Reserve a family room, a spacious room, a comfortable bed, 2 rubber pillows, open the door to see the pool view. It is a salt water pool, not very deep, so children can play. very like children The service personnel are good, friendly, there are services and facilities that are convenient and ready. The only disadvantage is that the entrance is quite narrow. Because coming to the Fortuner car, the entrance is very suitable for the car, there is a risk of scratching the car And if it's still a rather sharp curve But inside the hotel is very ok It's private, not loud at all. Come to stay again, of course, the price is very cheap. Must come if Chiang Mai to relax and save the budget. The place is in the city too. very ok with this place Check-in a little bit late, that is, the staff did not adjust the price. I like it very much 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖 Stay again for sure. Lux Rooms Night Bazaar

Night Bazaar Area
Located near the anusarn night market, just next to it. The lobby is in the 2nd floor, they provide a small hallway to reach the lobby. The lady (staff) is nice person, she will tell you about anything inside the hotel and your room. They provide coffee, tea and toast for breakfast. The room is clean and comfort, ac working well, bathroom is clean too. They even have a unique lighting inside the room. The balcony is a little bit dusty, maybe it's because near from main road. From the balcony, u can see the the road that lot of people walking around and selling lot of merchandise. Public Bus stop is near and its about 30 minutes to airport (depend on the traffic). At the night, lot of noise down there, but the hotel give us an earplug, so we can sleep without any disruption. All the l Its suitable with the person who love nightlife and stay no far from it.The another goodthings is that all equipment inside the room is working properly, such as hot shower, hairdryer, ac, tv, etc. Well, we enjoy staying at this place.

This is an excellent hotel, clean, big, good location, night market is just 400 ft away, walking distance to many temples . The hotel got airport pickup service which is so convenient. The hotel provides welcomed drinks and served chocolate which is fantastic. Breakfast is good with plenty of varieties. The Thai Restaurant in the hotel is good and cheap. The hotel staffs provide excellent service. Thanks Phim and Arm, tried their best to satisfy our needs and made our stay felt so warm and comfortable. The only downside is the swimming pool and gym is not big enough. Other than that, everything is good. We will definitely refer this hotel to our friends and will stay in this hotel again when we come to Chiang Mai in the future.
Duangtawan Hotel Chiang Mai

Night Bazaar Area
Upon appearance this hotel looks rather elegant and really quite charming and in a great location, close to local markets and bars and a good base for tours. The lobby is gorgeous and the lady checking us in was very informative and polite. The room we were given on the 18th floor. (1826) was huge and although dated was still very nice and with a great view of the city. The pool area is lovely too, but as you can imagine the bar prices were expensive. The good ended there. The lifts take far too long to come down. There is an express lift but is no faster. The wifi is very hit and miss. The beds were awful and were sleeping on concrete blocks. Had the worst night’s sleep for the 1st of 2 nights. 2nd night we actually slept quite well but mainly due to being so tired from the night before. The shower is nothing but a trickle, and there is a ledge on the floor in the doorway when entering the bathroom which is very easy to trip over, maybe get some yellow tape on it. Breakfast was mainly catered for asians, not many western options at all, and what was there was grim, we had breakfast included but didn’t bother the next day. Over all it is good value for money and if they were to change the mattress I would stay again but the beds were just truly abysmal.

I've been here before in the past and I came back again after many years. Now they renovated and add more rooms to the building attached and added also an outdoor pool. The location it's just perfect right by the Night Bazar and very Central. Rooms have a good size with very large bed. Will stay here again on my next trips to Chiang Mai
Royal Lanna Hotel

Night Bazaar Area
I recently spent three nights at this hotel and while it was clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located, I was mildly disappointed. First, I had booked a room with a double bed only to be told on arrival that nothing was available. The room, while quiet, quite clean, with a nice view and comfortable bed, was lacking in a number of admittedly minor conveniences that one would expect in a hotel in this price range. No electric kettle/coffee/tea. WiFi that was not very good in the room. No room cleaning before our last night. No tissues. No airport shuttle. Cheap toilet paper. Granted, these are minor inconveniences, but at the rate we paid I would expect better. On the plus side, the included breakfast buffet was good. The location (in the middle of the night bazaar) was excellent, putting much of the tourist area within walking distance. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. While overall the hotel was acceptable, I doubt I will stay here again, especially given that correcting these minuses would involve minimal cost.

Out of the lobby you can walk to the Night Bazaar immediately. About 7 minutes walk to the Food Market where there's live music performances. Monday to Friday are the best nights while Sunday most of the restaurants are closed. About 30 minutes walk from the right side of the lobby you can reach the Old Ciity Wall. It is romantic with the night lighting. There's quite a selection of western, Thai and Chinese food from the hotel breakfast buffet.
