We retrieved the records and found out that the original reason for the incident was that the staff on duty did not meet your expectations of the hotel. We will upgrade you to a river view room free of charge and give you 2 buffet breakfasts for free. This may not meet your requirements, so you feel that our overall service is not good and you are following others' opinions because of the price gap between our river view room and city view room. It's not half past one, so after learning about your needs, the staff on duty also actively communicated with you and said that they can help the leader apply for an upgrade to the river view room the next day, but you also have to get 2 free breakfasts.
