The service in this hotel is superb and many western hotel staff could learn a lot from the detail and grace this staff in this hotel show. Having travelled all over the world and stayed in hundreds of hotels, China has the best service and this hotel was top of the list when it came to quality or the hotel and the fantastic staff,

重慶 跟團遊+自由行 第二站，選擇了這裏。酒店位置非常好，在重慶市中心的核心地段。步行到 解放碑 等地標，也不是太遠。酒店裝修有些年份了。房間裏的插座，居然沒有usb接口的。但到底是 5星級酒店 來的，這裝修的規格，妥妥的5星級酒店標準。當然，服務人員的服務 也是 5星級酒店 標準來的。無可挑剔。衞生也打掃的乾淨。好。早餐在1樓餐廳。用餐環境優雅温馨。早餐菜品不少。也可以叫做 重慶小麪。

這次臨時定的JW萬豪，先説説好的方面：1、地理位置還可以，到地鐵一號線十號線和地鐵二號線走路大概15分鐘左右，去洪崖洞和戴家巷也就20幾分鐘。2、辦理入住和退房很快，所有服務人員都很有禮貌。3、辦理退房的時候前台人員送我一套伴手禮。4、健身房的器材還不錯不足的地方：因為是老酒店，硬件設施不是很好，馬桶不是智能的，淋浴間地面有破損，房間有潮濕的氣味，讓服務員拿來的除濕機除了晚上不打開，全天都開着。今天早餐十點左右去的餐廳，直到快吃完的時候才有服務員過來收拾用過的餐盤，這期間至少有5-6名服務員從我坐的餐桌路過。煮麪的地方那個調料台上撒了很多的香菜，葱花等調料，沒有服務員進行打掃，這不應該是一個五星酒店該有的餐廳衞生標準。健身房內沒有專人服務，有家長領7、8歲的孩子進去，並且讓孩子動各種器械。這是很大的安全隱患

多次比較選了這家，之前看有差評還有點糾結，最後入住發現選擇沒錯👍。位置很好就在解放碑商圈，周圍吃飯很多，去其他景點很方便。大堂和工作人員都特別熱情，房間很乾凈，早餐豐富，八月的重慶太熱，一般上午出去，下午游泳，強烈推薦。

They are a bit busy I arrive at 16:00 and i need to wait my room to be ready around 30 minutes. But give free water and cold tea and fan.
Room is clean. Condition is working. Stuff responded quickly.
They put decorations for me swan. 🤣
The view is nice. Mostly family couples are staying.
Breakfast:
so far ok. Juice is not fresh just a regular juice. No salmon !! Only 2 types ham , cheese was good, buns not so good mostly just taste plain bread. Mixed egg was good. I don't eat Chinese food so not so much to choose from. Breakfast is 4/10. Stuff is good.
Swimming pool: NO CONDITIONER AT ALL so hot. Inside the locker room so hot, outside so hot. 6/10. Has jacuzzi and 2 sauna. Good. Has water bottles.
Overall is ok 7/10

Compared to Xi’An equivalent, ChingQing JWM was slightly tired and clunky, but still great service: very good (international) breakfast options and neat rooms. The pool and sauna area were constantly being cleaned, but they still need some refurbishment. The gym was decent.
