酒店設施維護的很好，雖然開業也有幾年了，這種中式園林景觀的酒店維護起來實屬不易！衞生條件也很好，我也是比較挑剔的人，這次來住，基本上挑不出任何問題！再説一下酒店的服務，這是我住過的五星級度假酒店裡服務最好的一家，可以説是天花板了！因為是淡季入住，我們當天時去的三天，入住率不高，好像前兩天衹有一兩個房間有客人，酒店非常冷清！但是酒店的服務確實不錯，每一個從你身邊經過的工作人員都會面帶微笑的和你問好，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺！這次和閨蜜約了一起去過生日的，酒店還特地精心佈置了房間，送了生日蛋糕和雞尾酒！還給免費升級了房型！雖説房間面積跟佈置跟我之前訂的基礎房型一樣的，但是窗外湖景景色更寬闊，視野更好！給人的感覺非常暖心！下面再特別👍一下管家，用他的話説就是他不是無所不能，但是他會竭盡所能！基本上有求必應！有忙必幫！可能是因為入住率不高的原因，酒店的早餐是個硬傷，可想而知，週中就兩三個客人入住，早餐肯定不可能豐富到哪裡去，入住的前兩天基本上沒怎麼吃，一碗白粥一個煎蛋，一個小的雞蛋餅，還有一杯咖啡拿鐵，就湊合著吃了！第一天和管家反應了早餐有待改進，第二天就發了菜單給我，表示菜單上有的都可以點，沒有的，衹要有你想吃的也可以吩咐廚房去安排，我真的特別感動酒店的服務態度！後來我也不好意思麻煩人家，就説算了，有啥吃啥吧！不必麻煩！後來假期的最後兩天管家又申請了一套240平的雙層雙卧的湖景大別墅給我們住，還帶我們參觀了酒店熱銷的各種別墅套房，還給我們拍拍照片！技術也是堪比攝影師！管家人非常不錯，很會提供情緒價值！我們在這裏度過了愉快且難忘的四天三晚！下次還會帶家人朋友來小住！
