In this hotel, people live and as if they are at home, all the services they need, they will find the food subject 24 hours available, and free of charge, even when you leave the hotel, they provide food to all those present. It was a new experience for me and all the hotels where I lived, and I will repeat the experience in this beautiful hotel.

The scenery is beautiful, the facilities are very good, and the beach is very comfortable. But the check-in took too long, and I had a stomachache when I had breakfast afterwards.

Great hotel! It’s the first time to live all-inclusive, it’s a happy hometown, all kinds of restaurant food, drinks, snacks, supper, drinks are free, and there are all kinds of entertainment, archery, tennis, football, table tennis, billiards, you can go to Fete by sea Xie, go to the jazz bar to listen to music and enjoy fine wine and food at night, it is unforgettable. Environment: There is a private beach, the environment is beautiful Facilities: There are various types of swimming pools. The most amazing thing is the water park. The slides are very fun. There is also a swimming pool at the door of our room, so you can play whenever you want. Various restaurants to enjoy food and drinks at any time Service: The service is very good, the service staff is very friendly and professional, after we checked out, they still warmly let us enjoy everything in the hotel

Very good all inclusive hotel with good food

After booking a room, I couldn’t make an appointment for the free restaurant. The room smelled bad, and the price was different. In short, the experience was very bad, but I also upgraded a room with no view and only a lot of beds. It was useless to us.

There are many recreational facilities in the hotel, you can also play tennis very well, suitable for vacation

The restaurant is good, eat a lot, but there are few things to play, there are still a lot of construction sites nearby, there is a lot of dust, and the hotel is not allowed to go into the sea, you can only walk on the beach, the sand is also very hard, generally average

I arrived back from a week at this gorgeous hotel in the early hours of this morning and I can't rave about it enough, to the point where I don't feel like five stars is enough it was hands down the best holiday I've ever had. From the moment we stepped off the coach, the service was top-notch we were given champagne, cold towels and snacks on arrival and our suitcases were delivered to our room by a very helpful member of staff. We had a sea view room in the adults-only section of the hotel, we were located on the very top floor which meant our balcony was big enough for two sunloungers and an umbrella. Inside was spacious with a separate bathroom and shower, they supplied shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well as complimentary toothbrushes, shower caps, sewing kits, combs and shaving kits. There was a fully stocked mini fridge that was included in the all-inclusive that was replenished every day with coke, water, beer etc. The bed itself was comfy and big enough for two friends to share without having to be too close. We were told there was a 24-hour snack bar (we arrived at 2 am their time and were peckish after travelling.) However, after arriving expecting a help-yourself sandwich station we were really surprised when a full-on dining experience was provided. We had the nicest burgers before heading off to bed. The pools - we spent most of our time at the adults-only pool it has a bar which you can access from the pool itself or if you're more of a shade dweller you can sit in comfort with the air conditioning blasting. The pool itself was really well maintained and so warm. (If you want a cold dip check out the indoor pool its usually quiet and is so nice after a couple of hours in the sun.) The food - you will not go hungry the food is out of this world... be sure to book into the three free ala-carte restaurants on arrival I can't rave about them enough. If you like a steak the Sunset restaurant is a must and a bit of a bargain at 40 euros. The snack bars are much more than snack bars too so you'll be spoilt for choice cause the main restaurant is also incredible. Drinks - The cocktail menu is great and the bar staff are more than happy to make anything for you that's not on the menu as long as they know how. Top tip - start the day at the adults-only pool bar and have a Baileys iced coffee and then try a coconut daiquiri (Not all bars have this but the guy at the pool makes a great one) Your glass will never go empty so if you're pacing yourself don't let the staff see an empty glass! The spa - if you like a pamper there are lots of packages available. We had the bronze package which included a traditional hammam, full body massage and an aloe face mask. Cabanas - We paid 80 euros for a cabana on the beach which had a full waiter service all day... it was so relaxing and the sea breeze was lovely. Lastly a massive shout out to the staff who were all so lovely to us, some even knew our orders by the end of our stay.

Lovely holiday, friendly staff, good food, excellent restaurants. Would definitely visit again. Only criticism, we had a swim-up pool and it is not worth the additional £1200. The mini bar only has a couple of drinks and you have to make a purpose journey through the room after getting out the pool for food and drink! However there is plenty of room around the main pools, you do not have to fight for a sunbed. So we only used it twice. Apart from that great holiday, highly recommend a visit.

It was our first time here after a recommendation from some family members who have been here 4 times. From start to finish our holiday has been fantastic. The hotel is brilliant so much to do , very clean and the staff are very helpful. The entertainment for children is something else they really go out of there way to make it fun for the kids. There is lots of different pool areas for the kids & a separate one for adults only. The whole place is clean & all in all it’s been a fantastic holiday. We hope to come back next year.

Well, where to start! This was the best 10 nights I have ever spent in an all inclusive. My partner and I arrived early hours of the morning, we were offered a drink upon arrival, check in was swift and we were shown to our room. We were slightly disappointed to find it was a twin room instead of a double however, we made a call to reception and this was all sorted before 11am that day. The hotel is generally clean and tidy, the rooms are cleaned every day to a high standard, mini bar/fridge is topped up with things that have been used. The rooms are a good size, my partner and I stayed in the adults only section, it was nice and quiet and again, I cannot find fault. The food is really good, there is such a wide variety, you would be hard pressed to say you couldn't find something that you liked, also the deserts are amazing. Not like the usual puddings you get at an all inclusive (bland) these taste like they're supposed to, the brownie was a particular favourite of mine! We booked in to 3 of the Al la carte restaurants, Turkish, Italian and Asian, we enjoyed them all, only thing I will say is the Italian (Basillico) can get a touch cold, maybe take something long sleeved to cover up with. The service in each of these was impeccable, we were served in good time, the staff were polite and very engaging. The wait staff at the buffet were also so polite, we came down each morning around 9am, there was always somewhere to sit, even if the table had just been vacated, we didn't wait long for it to be cleaned and our drinks served to us. By the end the staff knew our order which was impressive given how many people they must see in a day! The drinks are also great, alcohol isn't local, it's branded - my partner enjoyed the Jameson and I had Absolut/Smirnoff - but I noted there was so many to choose from. Cocktails were also to a high standard, Pina Colada, Strawberry/Mango Daiquiri, Long Island Iced Tea - I could go on. Sometimes you could wait a little while to be served at the pool bar however, it was a busy week and people would be ordering several drinks at a time, so this isn't a complaint more than just an FYI. The adults only pool was heated, so you didn't have that moment of shock of ice cold water as you step in! Both sections of the pool are large enough that you don't feel like you're struggling for space etc and people are very respectful, they're not jumping around or anything like that. People do go down early to put towels on the beds however, there was ALWAYS space. My partner and I booked in for the Turkish Bath/ Massage package and it was wonderful, if you're considering using the Spa I would recommend the bronze package, great value for money. We spoke to so many people and I would go as far to say that around 90% of them were returning guests and I can see why. I have never wanted to return to an all inclusive before, but we definitely will be returning here. Other all inclusive establishments should look to this hote

We returned this year after an amazing stay July 2023 and had just as amazing experience amd we did last year. All the staff work extremely hard and look after your every need. The hotel is well kept, the grounds are beautiful, rooms are clean and spacious with excellent air con. Special mention to Youseff and Jenny from the TUI sports team who looked after us even booking me on the Aqua boards HIIT class themselves in preparation for my 40th birthday. All in all an amazing trip. We loved it so much that we booked for July 2025 whilst we were there. Counting down the days until we return.

Lovely family holiday would recommend this hotel Excellent service from one particular staff member Nugül who works in the main restaurant she looked after us for the whole week some others could learn from her professionalism our little one adored her! We will holiday here again
