good hotel to stay, already comeback for the second time and both was delightful

I really like their pool, it is even bigger than at other Santika that I stayed during my Java road trip.

The room is spacious and clean, the location is very strategic, close to everywhere, the lobby is very spacious... only the breakfast menu is not very suitable for me.

The location seems to be in the middle of the city, near the one that sells food, there are joss rib meatballs and there is a cafe that is like an airplane, but I didn't try it because I was really going to Cirebon "just for a break🤣 so far for checking in it's okay, the rooms are also spacious, lots of spots Aunthetic photos because it looks like an old school building but it's clean, the swimming pool is also okay, thanks trip.com! As for the facilities, it's good, but the room is not comfortable because it smells of cigarettes, I asked to change it but there was no response...

It was fun staying at the Santika Cirebon Hotel with its New Year's event... the event was a bit less exciting... next year maybe we could add interesting games. The completeness of the equipment in the room is quite "okay", only there is a lack of a hair dryer in the bathroom. The taste and variety of food is lacking...it needs to be improved... Santika Cirebon is one of the old star hotels in Cirebon but is fairly well maintained and is strategically located in the center of Cirebon city. (+) - Spacious parking - Neat landscape and interior in the lobby, restaurant and pool. - The room itself is quite spacious with an additional couch that children can sleep on. - In the room there are additional pillows and - They give free 2 bottles of coke in the minibar. - The air conditioner also works very well, it's cold brrrr... - Bath amenities are also complete like a 4 star hotel - Provided 4 bottles of mineral water uk.650ml in the room. - Hot water in the bathroom works well. - Spacious swimming pool, available for adults and children. - There is a sauna (do not check if it is working or not) - Fitness center available with pretty good equipment (-) - Service from employees, both greeting and smiling, is very limited. Good security, receptionist, restaurant, housekeeping that pass each other, no smile and greet at us. Except from 2 people. Mba Siti, greeter at the restaurant and Mr. Gardener. - exhaust fan in the bathroom is thick dusty - the switch between rainshower and handshower doesn't work - During bfast at 7:40 a lot of empty chafing dishes have not been refilled, so you have to wait. - Suggestion: if you can prepare a welcome drink because sometimes the hotel is thirsty (Amaris usually provides it) - Suggestion: give a sign where the pool towels can be taken because we have to go around to look for them (because there are no staff on guard around the pool) Most of all, this is a recommended hotel. With employees who are smiling and happy to greet, it will definitely be perfect.

I really did like the vibe of the hotel and all the staff was nice and polite. But so many things not nice. Too many nyamuk in the hotel lobby and common areas. Pools are not cleaned regularly. Kids playground really look disappointing and small. Brrakfast food was ok and better than Santika in Jakarta. Loved the fresh pastry section and coffee was decent. Just seems like the hotel hasn t been kept properly but it has a lot of potential.
