"The hotel's location is excellent, less than a ten-minute walk to Whistler Village. The room was generally clean and featured a hot tub. The two double beds were very spacious, making the overall stay comfortable. The only downsides were poor ventilation in the bathroom and a very noisy air conditioning unit."
"The room is nice and clean, but the noise from the heater is a bit loud, but it doesn't affect sleep. Also, the hotel's internal structure is a bit complicated, and it's a bit difficult to walk from the elevator to the room. The front desk service is very good, and the room service is also very friendly. The location is excellent, very close to the cable car"
"Ececellent location for travellers planning to go Whistler/Blackcomb for Skiing or sniowboarding. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to the gondolas. The pod is clean, neat but still a bit wallet unfriendly for a capsule type hotel. Suggest travellers to avoid upper level pods because of climbing up and down. All staffs are nice, very helpful plus there are racks to store snowboards and locker for storage. , However, combination locks are not provided. Remember to bring at least 3 combination locks if you are interested to stay in this pod hotel."
"This hotel is good in vie if cleanliness and friendly staff.
The bed is comfortable. The staff at reception counter is so nice and welcoming to offer different information to us including parking, dining and sightseeing.
The location is good, close to Parking lot 4, less than 5 minutes walk.
I would love to stay here again!"
"A very good medium-sized to large hotel. The architectural style of the entire hotel is typical Canadian national style, rough, heavy and grand. The room facilities are simple, and the hygiene and mattresses are neat and clean. The downside is that there is no kettle in the room. You have to go to the front desk to ask for it."
"Friendly staff. Pet friendly. We have a dog staying with us and with a balcony where it was easy for us to let the dog out late at night was excellent. However, next room was having the renovation of pipe work til 9pm and workers are quite noisy."
"We enjoyed our stay at Nita lake lodge. We got a room with a mountain view, it might not be better than the ones with lake view but we got a chance to borrow their complimentary canoe, kayak and SUP's so we still had enjoyed a good amount of time at the lake.
We also got a chance to borrow the complimentary bikes and was able to stroll around Alta Lake through Valley Trail, it was really nice that they're offering these amenities, It made an awesome summer staycation hotel in Whistler.
The customer service have been great from all the staffs I've encountered, especially the front desk/guest services, they've been very welcoming and helpful.
The room was very spacious, the bed was more on the firm side but I slept well. I only woke up when the kid on the room beside us started crying at 5am, but I've fallen asleep again after that. If you're a light sleeper, perhaps avoid rooms that have an adjoining access to minimize overhearing your neighbor. We also occassionally hear people passing by the hallway so the rooms are probably not very sound proof.
I loved the huge bath tub and plenty of towels that's been provided.
Overall, I'm very pleased with my stay. If anyone's planning to go to Whistler for a summer getaway, I highly recommend Nita Lake Lodge.

"Beautiful room, full kitchen ,stove, oven, big refrigerator ,coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, dish washer, big tub, large dinning room table, air condition was on and room cool, refrigerator was on and cool. Was our 3 year wedding anniversary they brought a basket of goodies for us.They have gated under ground parking so I did not have to worry about our corvette.lots of closets and storage spaces.beautiful pool and hot tub.great location .I can go on and on about how wonderful it is.We will be back would like to stay forever there ,and live in the place 🤣🥰"
"The room is a spacious loft unit. Its prime location in Whistler Village means the gondola is just a short walk away. On the ground floor, guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, milk, and hot water available 24/7. While breakfast isn't included, the front desk provides complimentary grab-and-go granola bars. Please note that parking is an additional $32 USD per day."
"What a great place!! Ski in and out at the best! Hotel lacks luxury and sophistication but has a lot of charm and practicality. The fact that you can walk with your ski boots from you bedroom is a plus! Rooms have all the things you need to cook and have a great time. Excellent value for money. Pool is quite hot and the hot tubs are super warm. Gym is too basic and the fact there is no bar is a minus. Would come back for sure"

GGuest UserOur room was spacious and well-appointed, complete with cooking facilities, and it was wonderfully quiet. The staff provided excellent service, being incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially loved the delicious complimentary snacks. Plus, there's a charming little stream right by the hotel, perfect for taking photos.
IIyo0803The hotel is within walking distance of the ski resort, and the hot chocolate provided every day from 3pm was soothing.
Because we stayed in a condominium-style room, we bought some ingredients at the supermarket in Whistler Village and cooked a simple breakfast for ourselves.
There was also a large dishwasher, which was convenient.
There was also a coffee maker, so we were grateful to be able to have hot coffee first thing in the morning.
The bed was comfortable and we slept soundly!
This is a good value hotel that is also recommended for long-term stays.
PPranav PurushottamExcellent location near the Gondolas in Whistler Village. Food/Market everything within 5 minutes walking. The room was very clean with bath totally renovated & new.
If you have friends these vacation ski clubs are big and equipped to enjoy together.
MMartinusLeuk hotel met zeer ruime en schone kamers. Het personeel is vriendelijk en service gericht. Locatie is prima voor wintersport. Wel enigzins geïsoleerd gelegen
JJujuchoiThe room was very spacious, the sanitation was ideal and the overall feeling was comfortable. The location is very convenient and there are many restaurants and shops downstairs. The staff is friendly and reliable and will consider staying again.
GGuest UserThe management here was fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is within walking distance of the lifts, and of stores, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The room we had was fairly quiet even though we were on the middle of a party town on a holiday weekend. The only complaint we have is about the front desk staff. We requested hand towels be brought to our room, but the person at the desk at the time seemed to only pretend to care. Unsurprisingly, we never were brought towels and when we came back late, we just made due with what we had. I'm certain the managers would have done it themselves if they'd been at the desk at the time.
